I am one.of the most nervous patients you can get. Ive been putting off having work on my teeth for years because of treatment I had at Craig Croft Dentist. I plucked up the courage to get done what needed doing on my teeth. What a fantastic experience ive had at Castle Care dental Practice. Steph the dentist was absolutely wonderful. She really puts you at ease and tells you everything shes doing. I was.dreading the injections but honestly never felt them at all. Ive booked for more treatment and will not be nervous about going back. The staff and receptionist were so lovely. It just made the whole experience stress free. I recently moved to Castle Care Dental & honestly wish I'd done it a long time ago. As someone who has always been a little phobic about going to the dentist, I can honestly say that Castle Care have been wonderful. I saw Katie originally who was absolutely lovely but am now under the care of Steph & am very pleased to report that she is equally delightful. She has explained my treatment options carefully & thoroughly and I genuinely feel that I am in excellent hands. I had my routine checkup with Harbir Sidhu today at Castle Care Dental practice. As always I had a friendly greeting and made to feel as ease. A xray was taken of my tooth that she has been monitoring, she explained the issue and discussed my options. We then agreed a plan which would me reviewed in 6 months. A good example of an excellent service I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family. Thank you

I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the whole team was warm, welcoming, and professional, creating a calm and reassuring atmosphere. My dentist Katie was absolutely outstanding ; kind, considerate, and incredibly patient. She took extra time throughout the appointment to make sure I was comfortable, relaxed, and happy with everything being done. Her manner immediately put me at ease, and it was clear they genuinely cared about my experience as well as the result. Not only were they compassionate, but also highly skilled and professional, explaining everything clearly and carrying out the treatment with great care and expertise.

I came in for an emergency appointment after dealing with severe pain and sleepless nights, and I honestly can’t thank the team enough. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff—especially Steph and Cola—were incredibly kind, welcoming, and reassuring. I was quite anxious going in, but they immediately put me at ease. The whole process was handled with complete professionalism, and I felt supported throughout. During my wisdom tooth removal, I was surprised at how calm I felt—I was able to just lie there without worry, which says a lot about the care and reassurance I received. After the procedure, they took the time to go through aftercare with me, provided a leaflet, and explained what to do next, including any follow-up if needed. I went home and, for the first time in days, was finally able to sleep comfortably. Hand on heart, I would highly recommend this practice. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients. Even though I was an emergency appointment, I never felt rushed or like "just another patient"—I felt respected, listened to, and truly cared for. Thank you all so much—I really appreciate everything you did for me.

I saw Habir Sidhu she is a lovely person very reassuring, helpful and all my questions are always answered. I always feel comfortable no matter what they do I trust them. I recommend this practice we have been patients there for 48 years our children have been here since they were babies. Excellent keep up the good work and a big THANK YOU.

The staff at this dental practice are amazing!! The receptionists, dentists, dental nurses and hygienists are all so friendly and make you feel welcome. My husband used to refuse to go to the dentist after a bad experience elsewhere but I convinced him to try Castle Care Dental after I signed myself and our children up - he’d never go anywhere else now! We’re moving out of the area soon but I’ve made sure we don’t have to change dental surgery!
