Bhandal Dental Practice

Went today for a 3 month check up/hygiene appointment after my last (not great) tooth extraction and temporary denture. Was greeted by a very rude pair of receptionists , one threw a form at me, other spitting crisps at me that she was eating. Waited over 25 mins after my appointment time. Seen by a dentist who was only interested in taking mould for new tooth (no examination, no scrape polish etc) and a dental nurse who constantly spoke to dentist about cars and boys she was seeing at the weekend. Not sure if it's because I'm white or I don't pay for treatment that I get treated so badly.

Went today to remove my wisdom tooth. I was really afraid, but Dr Haseeb was absolutely brilliant. He explained everything clearly from the beginning and made me feel comfortable. He removed my tooth in just 3 minutes — I was so surprised! Definitely highly recommend him. Thank you so much. Touria Mansour

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing dentist! I had such a great experience at this dental surgery. The whole team is friendly, welcoming, and really professional. A huge thank you to Dr. Habib (apologies if the name was incorrect)— he was fantastic from start to finish! He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I was completely comfortable, and did an excellent job with my treatment. Dr. Habib is kind, caring, and very skilled — you can tell he really cares about his patients. I couldn’t be happier with the results and the overall experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dentist and outstanding care!

Absolutley awful dentists. Every time i came to this surgery its been frightening!. I pay for my treatment. Over last 2 years ive had 6 different dentists. One was training and dug the mirror in between my lip and gums and made it bleed quite badly, it was sore for days. Another time i needed work done on a tooth wich they couldnt finish so refered me to the dental hospital. The dental hospital didn't want to know because word had arlready been started and the xrays sent wasnt adequate. I now terrified of using a dentist and desperately need work doing.

I went in today in severe pain and needed an extraction. Dr Haseeb was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. He clearly explained every step of the procedure, told me what to expect during and after the extraction, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. He was extremely professional, kind, and reassuring, which really helped me stay calm despite how nervous I was. I’m so grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend Dr Haseeb to anyone looking for a dentist they can truly trust.

The dentist themselves are fine but the appointments are ridiculous. 3 weeks for a lost filling and tooth infection. Then on the day still sat in waiting room 15 minutes after my appointment time. I have been with this dentist for a fair few years now and have only ever had 1 appointment on time!

The hygiene looked abysmal. Not one man on sight or none that I saw. Rude. Very strange atmosphere. All staff in hijabs. I physically cant go back. The hygiene is so bad. Steel Dental instruments on the window sill on top of a dirty plastic box, in the blazing sun. I can't believe how bad the place looks for a "surgery" old shabby furniture. Filthy floors. Dangerous stairs. Abhorrent. Honestly, it is horrific. Go and take a look. My apologies but it honestly looks 3rd world. I've seen better in India (LITERALLY)
