Stracey is a wonderful hygienist. She’s is incredibly kind and patient. She is always very mindful of any tooth sensitivity or other issues you may have. She is gentle when she treats patients and gives very good advice. Moreover she is an inspiring and compassionate person. She is volunteering 3 weeks of her personal time, self funded and unpaid to help people in Uganda via Dentaid. Amazing lady and a credit to this wonderful dental practice. If only more people were that generous.

We cannot thank Damian and Martina enough for the exceptional care they both shared with our son. After needing an emergency root canal on his front tooth, they were both thorough, professional and incredibly supportive and understanding, whilst dealing with a scared teenager. Martina’s due diligence and care is second to none, and Damian’s professionalism and expertise are unmatched. Thank you both. What an amazing team.

No hygienist will ever be able to compare to the legend that is Stracey! I always joke that visits are like spa treatments - but seriously, this incredible lady has looked after my teeth for years. She's a consummate professional with the biggest heart - we'd be lost without her! Book in, go get the best teeth MOT you've ever had in your life! PS She even travels to Africa to volunteer her services - what a legend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I attended this clinic for a root canal re-treatment. The procedure was explained clearly, and I was advised to go home and consider whether to proceed due to the cost and uncertainty of outcome. I specifically asked whether delaying the decision would affect my ability to receive timely treatment and was clearly reassured that I could return promptly if needed. When I later returned while still in significant pain and ready to proceed, I was told there would be no availability for several months, and no alternative solution was offered. This left me without treatment while in distress, directly contradicting the assurances I had received. I found this experience deeply disappointing. I believe the handling of urgent patient care and the reliability of assurances fell short of professional and ethical expectations.

Damian has just finished my root canal. I was dreading the procedure, however I didn't need to be - no pain during or issues since. He & the team were fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any dental work carrying out. 5 stars.

Just completed Gold Crown fittings with Umae at Barnt Green Dental Practice, she has been so reassuring and professional that I have overcome my fear and anxiety of visiting the dentist , she has transformed my very old and tired dental work to the point that I am totally confident in my smile and my eating . She has answered all my questions, explained my procedures and I highly recommend seeing her to everyone I know. The Team backing the dentists , the nurses , hygienists, receptionists are equally as professional and friendly - this is definitely a wonderful practice to be registered with
