Bupa Dental Care Bingley

Aaleen is the most caring and concerning dentist. I just love how at ease she makes you feel. Her knowledge and care is first class. I had to be seen at a different practice for an emergency appointment but they faded in comparison even though a Bupa practice. The Reception team are also fabulous Leona (I think her name is) is very caring also. Just what you need for any anxious client. Which im not usually. I would request that they play music in the surgery rooms though to take your mind off things and some nice wall art to look at. As a long standing patient of Mr Pulman this was always a part of his surgery, at one point even a way to watch movies when having treatment. Great distraction. Perhaps something to look into for the future. All in all Bingley Bupa practice is fabulous 👌 and Aaleen I would certainly recommend. Thank you Aaleen 😊 🙏

I’ve always felt quite anxious about dental appointments, but this visit completely changed my perspective. Nabihah was incredibly professional, gentle, and thorough. She explained everything clearly, made sure I understood my options, and focused on the right treatment for me without recommending anything unnecessary. I felt genuinely cared for throughout. Jess, the nurse, was calm and reassuring, helping me feel at ease from start to finish. The reception team, Leoni and Kelly, were welcoming and efficient, making the whole process smooth and stress-free from the moment I arrived. I also want to mention the practice manager, Jodie, who was just as warm and friendly during my visit. It’s clear that the whole team work together to create a positive and supportive environment. Such a lovely, professional practice — I would highly recommend them! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Kelly the receptionist was very welcoming.The dentist i saw was lovely, Aaleen Bhatti.She explained everything to me and saved me a lot of money. Overall it looked spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend this practice.

Probably never had a nice experience at the dentist until coming here. Aaleen was so lovely and has done what she can to save my tooth without pulling it out or charging much more for a crown that I didn't need. Both receptionists were amazing too and offered to play with my 18mnth old daughter so I could attend my appointment when I didnt have childcare!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Booking the appointment was extremely easy online even though I was a new customer. The dentist was lovely and put me at ease as I hadn't been for years so felt nervous. There was no hard customer selling and trying to get me to pay for unnecessary work. The staff were very trustworthy. The prices were very reasonable.

Dr Mo is fabulous! I trust him completely in that he will always recommend what's best for me. He is professional and kind which is a great combination for a dentist.

Best dentist in the area by miles. Greeted by the nicest receptionists ever as well as my dentist Ben, who always does a great job and goes above and beyond, 5 stars!
