I've had a couple of visits to Billericay Dental Care over the past month as I'm a new patient, and every visit has exceeded my expectations! The staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by smiling faces. The environment is very clean and tastefully decorated, and you certainly do not feel like you are in a dentist waiting room! The treatment and advice I have received has been excellent. Everything has been thoroughly explained to me and I've been given options and the freedom to make the choices that are right for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Billericay Dental Care! After visiting several dentists about Invisalign, I came across Billericay Dental Care and Sheena. I decided to attend one of their teeth-straightening open days to learn more about my options, as my teeth had always been something I wanted to change. From the moment I attended the open day, I was really impressed with the level of service and clarity provided about my treatment plan and expected results. I felt confident in what Sheena could achieve, so I decided to go ahead with the treatment. The entire process was very straightforward. Whenever I had any concerns or small issues, I could send a quick message to Sheena or the team and they would address it as soon as possible, which was really reassuring. Every appointment was enjoyable, and in a strange way, I actually looked forward to going in for a chat with the team—especially Sheena and Ella. I can honestly say they turned my fear of the dentist into a positive and even fun experience. I’m absolutely thrilled with the final result. The process flew by, and the final reveal after the whitening and composite bonding was incredible—I couldn’t believe they were my teeth. Even now, I still catch myself smiling in the mirror and thinking how amazing they look! I spend my life smiling now as I am proud to show off my new teeth! Thankyou team 🥰

The guys are amazing, I went in as a very nervous patient due to poor previous experience elsewhere. Andrew Petterson did everything to make me feel comfortable and reassured, also feeling nothing, no discomfort or pain during a wisdom and molar extraction was amazing. Highly recommend for everyone but especially anyone with a fear of dentist or suffer with dental anxiety. Best experience ever with a dentist!!!

Billericay Dentist at Crown Yard. I wanted to thank Sheena for her kindness, patient and care for my teeth appointments. Thanks to her peaceful, clean treatment room and the fact that she always takes the time to discuss treatment methods asking if I am comfortable with any treatment that she recommends. I feel that she really does care about her clients and gives the best advice. So much so that I have recommended my family members to go to see her. That is the highest complement that I can pay her. My visits to Sheena have been made to be more pleasant, and instead of avoiding/cancelling any visits I actually attend. Anyone reading this and has the same experience of avoidance, please ask if Sheena is available. She will put you at ease. Sheena referred me to the hygienist, Rina Gurung, who was friendly, professional and welcoming. ( 23/03/2026) What I really liked was that Sheena had placed notes on the dentist system and Rina had actually read them and discussed with me the care that I was to receive at the hygienist. I do have a phobia regarding dentist and Rina discussed how her treatment can work around these issues. Just to say, Thank you Sheena and Rina, your professional care has started my journey in looking after my teeth, and keeping my appointments.

I had an excellent experience and can’t recommend this dentist highly enough. I had an infected wisdom tooth and I was seen the same day, just three hours after I called, which was such a relief. The practice was spotlessly clean and very welcoming. The dentist (Alexander) was kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. I never felt rushed or dismissed. From start to finish everything was easy and well organised, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly. I’m so grateful for their help!

Andrew and all the staff at billericay dental care are amazing, from start to finish they were all so polite. Andrew is very knowledgeable and did a great job on both my tooth whitening and replacement cap. Thank you.

Now I have discovered this Practice I will never attend another dentist .Attended for an emergency appointment. The standard of care is impeccable and patients are treated with outstanding care and respect. The Dentist treated me with such kindness and respect listening to my fears and I wasn't made to feel that I needed to hurry offF.The Practice is immaculate and upon entry you are greeted by a friendly smiling helpful receptionist. Despite living in London the commute is worth it for this high level of care .
