5★ Dental Clinic. After switching to this dentist after hearing good things, it was still better than my expectations. The entire team is incredibly warm, friendly and professional which makes such a difference when you’re feeling nervous about treatment. They really take the time to make you feel comfortable and reassured. The appointments never feel rushed, yet the treatments are finished quickly. I have had a few different treatments now and every visit has been painless and carried out to a very high standard. Each time I return I feel more at ease and only wish I found this dentist sooner. From my first filling watching Netflix on their ceiling TV to my most recent root canal which was surprisingly quick and entirely pain-free, I have been consistently impressed. Another stand out is their use of modern, up to date technology which made a noticeable difference compared to my previous dentist. I don't think I would have ever described a dentist visit comfortable, until now at Heyford Smiles. Their loyalty schemes are also excellent value, offering worthwhile discounts on treatments and making ongoing care much more affordable. Overall, I’m so glad I made the switch to Heyford Smiles. It’s completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist.

A really good experience throughout. The booking process is smooth with helpful reminder text messages and emails in advance, the staff are welcoming when you arrive. I had my front two upper teeth extracted and implants fitted which is a fairly major procedure. Oliver was superb at talking me through the issues in our initial consultation and recommending a treatment plan and then calm and assured during the procedure itself, putting me at ease throughout. It was also great to meet the principle of the practise, Sheetal, who took time out of his day to great me at reception and say hi when I left.

I've been a patient here for four years. Whilst I, like many people, are not excited about going to the dentist, this practice works hard to make you feel comfortable. Generally I attend 4 times a year for the Hygienist and twice for the dentist. After entering the practice, the reception staff are professional yet very warm and friendly. The dentist is kind, supportive and gentle. Before, during and after we talk as if we are good friends, sharing things about our lives, making the whole process almost pleasurable. It feels like I am the l only patient and time doesn't matter. The entire practice is amazingly clean and I know I am fortunate to have found this superb dental practice when I moved to the area four years ago.

I have nothing but good comments about the clinic. Everytime I've been the staff has been very nice and kind. I had a few hygienist and a tooth removal appointments and they always explain everything well. Overall my teeth have been healthier since signing up!

After months of having negative appointments with my prior dentist, I took the risk and booked in with Heyford Smiles and I can confirm it was the best decision i couldve made! I cannot fault the practice and everyone who works there is so lovely and kind. My dentist, Dr Kharbanda has been fantastic and the service has been incredible. Thank you so so much!

A wonderful team who truly care about you. As an anxious person who feared the dentist, I walked into my first appointment, 6 months ago scared and tearful. Now I actually don’t mind going at all. I am very grateful to Taran and the rest of the team for taking the time to go through each step of each procedure and being so reassuring throughout.

Given my well publicised fear of Dentists prior to my first treatment yesterday, I cannot compliment Natalie & her assistant for restoring my faith. My filling & extraction were professionally carried out with total respect of my reservation. It was totally painless. Thank you Gordon Russell
