After a very poor experience elsewhere that led to an infection, registering with this dental surgery was a complete turnaround. Dr. Kanwal was exceptionally proactive, thorough, and compassionate .. she explained everything clearly, arranged referrals promptly, supported me during the infection, and carried out my root crown treatment with outstanding skill and expertise. Receptionists were also consistently polite, helpful, and welcoming, making the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Overall, the care I received was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this surgery, especially Dr. Kanwal (the best dentist I have come across )

It was my good fortune to have met the excellent Dental Hygienist Justina today. She was kind, patient and helpful. She did a thoroughly good job on cleaning my teeth but also answered my queries and went about to alleviate my sensitivity problem. I felt greatly reassured after her explanation and advice. And grateful for her intervention. I’m sure to recommend her to my family and friends, or anyone!! Thank you again.

Would like to say how very happy I was to attend Thanet house recently as a new patient. I am very nervous person and will put of going to see a dentist until I am in such pain i can't do it anymore ! However after going and having a tooth extraction done by Dr Fransesca Yangson who made me feel so comfortable and at ease . Could not thank this young lady enough for putting me out of my pain ! I will certainly make regular check ups in the future . Thank you all at the surgery

It is a real shame about the two women who work behind reception because if it wasn’t for them I would give this dentist 5 stars. They really let their colleagues down. They are inattentive, make you feel like an inconvenience the minute you enter the reception, they finished their conversation before they begrudgingly checked me in for my appointment. Whilst sitting in reception I watched them do it to patient after patient, it was awkward to watch. I’m not an ogre and have no issue with a quiet conversation between friends/colleagues, if anything that adds to a friendly atmosphere, but to make patients feel like they are a nuisance for interrupting their conversation about ‘what they did last night’ is unacceptable. Perhaps their manager needs to remind them they are primarily there to work before they lose anymore patients?

Highly recommend this dental practice lovely friendly welcome from the reception ladies who always go above and beyond to help you with your appointments any queries plus amazing dentist whose so caring in her approach and manner win win all round 😀

Terrible service, very rude and abrupt and refused to see my daughter unless a parent was also signed up. No explanation other than policy. Failed to update me when my application was processed and spoke with a very harsh tone. When I visited, it didn't seem clean or up to standards at the time.

I have been using Thanet house dental care for over 3 years. Both my children are registered there. I have had excellent treatment including the Invisalign process. Both my children are examined as per their schedules and we are extremely happy with our experience. Strongly recommend this clinic and Dr Parvin for her to excellent service.
