Highgate Dental Practice

Great practice with caring staff who actually listen and are incredibly helpful. I've been to about 22 dentists in the last 20 years due to working as a contractor and moving around, and this is one of the best I've been to. They make you feel welcome and have some nice places to wait. Only criticism is that the waiting rooms are a bit warm for me which in the summer can be sweltering, and there are no signs for the bathrooms, but these are minor issues.

Highly recommended. Professional team from start to finish. Very respectful and helpful staff on reception. Emma the hygienist was very gentle and thorough. Listened well. All good. A happy customer. Thank you. Will return for another clean & polish. 10/10

Loving the new look Highgate Dental Practice in Beverley which continues to evolve and get better and bigger, it looks very smart, clean and tidy. There are more waiting areas for patients which are very tidy and modern. The dental rooms are spacious, light and airy. The staff are always very pleasant to. the dentist and nurse will talk through and explain any concerns you may have with your teeth and make you feel at ease if worried about anything. Overall, very happy with the practice. ,

Not the best experience for me as a new patient unfortunately! After checking in for my initial appt the reception team handed me an ipad and told me to take it upstairs with me, but they didn't tell me there was a medical questionnaire on it that I needed to fill in or show me how to access it, so I sat waiting for my appt reading my book which wasted time. After my appt I expected to go straight on to DenPlan as this had been fully discussed when I made the initial appt. Unfortunately none of that information went on my notes so I had to plead my case. The reception team were able to help resolve this but again it took more time.

Turned up at the time of my appointment as printed on the card they gave me, only to find that my appointment had been changed and brought forward. They had sent me a message informing me of the change of appointment but I had not seen it. Initially, I was told that the dentist would not see me. Eventually, they did see me. Changing appointment times without confirming with patients, does not seem to be good practice.

I have been a patient at Highgate Dental Practice for over forty years. Mr. Davies has been my dentist there for the majority of that time. I have always been thoroughly confident with all my treatment and Mr. Davies has at times gone out of his way to find solutions for my crown and bridge fittings which haven’t always been easy. I would highly recommend without a doubt.

We first discovered this wonderful clinic through a routine visit with Dr. Sergio, which was a fantastic experience. Since then, we knew we were in good hands. Recently, we had an emergency late in the day after my daughter suffered an injury. The office staff was incredibly helpful and managed to squeeze us in for an urgent check-up on short notice. We were seen by Dr. Charles, who was exceptionally professional, kind, and reassuring. The entire team is skilled, empathetic, and professional. We truly felt we were in the best hands. Highly recommended for both routine and urgent care!
