The Guild Practice

I have been The Guild Practice’s patient for the last 13 years. The most recent treatment which I have received included the fixture of dental implants. Each visit, I am treated like a VIP client; from the minute I enter the reception desk until I leave the treatment chair. The dentists are very well qualified with outstanding professional experience. I am especially satisfied with Dr. Bruce Guild. The staff are friendly as well as professional and the facilities including the patient waiting area are top notch. My dental health journey has been difficult but I can smile confidently yet again.

I have always had a fear of going to the dentist. The Guild practice got me in for an emergency appointment and were aware that I was afraid. All the staff were very reassuring and understanding. I got a tooth out today and Bruce was very gentle and asking me if I was ok throughout my procedure. Very empathetic and professional. I can’t thank the team enough. I would definitely recommend those who are afraid of dentists to come here. I will definitely be back.

As relatively new patients, both my wife and I have been thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the Guild Practice and the patient care they show. Always welcoming and accommodating with appointments, excellent hygienist and Bruce is without doubt the best dentist I have ever had. I had 2 crowns fitted perfectly. I am nervous person when it comes to the dentist I had really bad sore tooth they booked me in the next day the staff talked me through everything. I had to get booked in for sedation with Bruce he couldn't do enough for me plus his dental assistant no pain whatsoever very patient and understanding. I'll definitely be coming back now that I have found a dentist that I can trust thank you x

From the minute I phoned up to book my first appointment, the time I left the dental practice after my first New Patient Examination, I never felt so welcomed before in a ‘medical’ or ‘dental’ setting. The receptionist was so warm and helpful, the dentist herself impressed me with her expertise on all that’s right and wrong with my teeth and her assistant (Alex) was just a very calming and friendly presence there throughout my whole procedure. I’m usually quite nervous going to the dentist because my two previous ones were slightly aggressive and not very calming but the Guild Practice on the Malone Rd actually made me want to get my teeth checked and treated more often. All very reasonable prices too with an easy-to-read breakdown of all the pricing options. Never thought I’d say this (let alone write a review for the dentists) but I am looking forward to going back there for further treatment! All I can say is keep up the good work!

The wonderful Heidi from the Guild Practice has made me excited to visit the dentist instead of dreading it! The dentistry is first-class: Heidi recently preformed some dental bonding for me and I absolutely LOVE the results, it's honestly given me my confidence back. Heidi is so professional and yet also so warm and friendly and she is always striving to make you feel comfortable in control and - very important for the likes of me as a nervous patient. I honestly can't recommend this Practice enough - you won't find a better dentists.

Absolutely the best dental practice I've ever been to. I am a new patient who had bone restructuring, gum grafting and a new bridge fitted by Heidi. The level of patient care and professionalism of all staff is beyond reproach. Clearly a perfectionist Heidi explained all possible options of my treatment breaking down cost for me each step of the way and constantly reassuring me that she would provide me with the best possible outcome and she has done exactly that. I needed urgent attention this week and both Heidi and Bruce set about putting all the necessary safety measures in place to accommodate my visit. I can't imagine wanting to visit any other practice anywhere. Can't finish without mentioning the reception staff (the two Traceys 😁) who are ever so accommodating and kind.
