NI Dental Care Lisburn Road

Had two white fillings at over £400 that both failed within 4 months. Been with them for over 6 years, and had three different dentist in that time, quality has gone down hill and wait time between appointments is scandalous, taken on too.mamy patients and waiting room is like being at A&E. Last appointments was at 1pm didn't get seen until 1.40pm. High prices for low quality work.

I spent some time here and initially found the team welcoming, but my experience changed over time. I felt that expectations were quite high, which made the environment stressful. Overall, I didn’t feel supported and it wasn’t a positive experience for me.

Was ready to throw a rope up with sudden severe pain caused by an abscess... Called this place at 8am and was seen an hour and a half later for a more than reasonable cost.. I opted for an antibiotic script rather than having an extraction there and then... Stupid me didn't go back and the same tooth is acting up again 8 months later. Will be on the phone in the morning and hopefully repeat the process but actually get registered and the tooth pulled for a permanent fix... Both the reception staff and the dentist where very polite and would recommend to anyone.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to the dentist here at ni dental Robin was amazing put me a ease straight away I had to get multiple teeth out and for someone who is terrified of the dentist she was amazing I never felt a thing also her assistant and the girls on the front desk being a NHS patient sometimes you feel less than but this practice was amazing thank you so much

Sophie was a god send to me today. I was in serious pain she sorted me out with an emergency appointment. Lovely girl very happy with my service 😊

No one comes back to you on booking appointments. You can only book the first appointment online. They need better reception staff

I had an extraction, four fillings, and a clean done in one appointment by Niamh, who was so kind and thorough in explaining everything that was being done. All the staff I have met including front desk, dental assistants, and dentist have been friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend NI Dental Care to anyone. Thank you for a great experience and putting me at ease.
