Had a really great experience here and I’m so happy with the results. Lucy Stock was brilliant, really friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout. Natalie Shirton was lovely as well and really made me feel at ease during appointments. Everyone was so welcoming and the whole process was much less stressful than I expected. I can’t recommend Gentle Dental Care Belfast highly enough. I had avoided going to the dentist for years because I was an extremely nervous patient, but from the moment I walked in the team made me feel completely at ease. Jessica on front of house was so welcoming and reassuring, which immediately helped calm my nerves. Lucy, the principal dentist, was incredibly kind, patient and professional throughout my treatment, always taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I was comfortable. Natalie, the dental nurse, was also fantastic and so supportive during each appointment. It’s clear the whole team genuinely cares about their patients. Adam and Lucy have built a brilliant practice with a real focus on patient care. Over the course of my treatment I’ve had whitening, composite bonding and implants completed, and the results have completely transformed my smile and my confidence. As someone who once dreaded going anywhere near a dentist, I can honestly say the experience has been amazing from start to finish. If you’re a nervous patient like I was, this is absolutely the place to go. Five stars all the way.

Went to Gentle for the first time yesterday it's my first time going to a dentist in 8 years as I have had a bad fear of it for a while. Booked in with Robyn as had seen a previous review from someone who also hadn't been to the dentist for years and praised Robyn. Robyn did a great job of explaining everything to me and making me feel comfortable as I had a few negative experiences with dentists in the past. If you haven't been to the dentist in a while and are putting it off would highly recommend Gentle!

I have been going to G D C for over 21 years. From my very first visit to present day they continue to be the most friendly professional & caring people I have ever met. The girls on reception Jessica Watson,Terri Vanucci & Natalie Shivton welcome you with a warm smile. My hygienist Ruth Uprichard is absolutely amazing & always does a fantastic job looking after me time after time. My dentist Robyn Beggs is wonderful & attentive so friendly making me feel at ease on each visit. My journey with G D C began with Adam & Lucy & as a very nervous person both of them along with their team made my experience a joy & painless ! This team are top of their game & i highly recommend them 100%

I can’t say enough good things about Gentle Dental and especially Jokin and his team. I went in with a lot of fear and anxiety about dental work, and from the very beginning they made me feel comfortable and understood. Jokin took the time to listen, reassured me every step of the way, and most importantly let me move at my own pace without any pressure. The entire team is kind, patient, and genuinely caring, which made a world of difference for someone who was terrified of the dentist. The quality of the work done is second to none — truly exceptional. Thanks to Jokin and his team, I’ve overcome a fear I’ve had for years and now feel confident about my dental care. First visit to any dentist in 9 years as I am very dental phobic. My nerves were relieved as soon as I as entered and was greeted and had a lovely chat with Adam before I met Robyn. Everything was done at my pace and I was made to feel incredibly comfortable during the whole appointment. I didn’t even know I was capable of laughing in a dentists chair but with Robyn and Natalie they made it happen. Every minor thing was explained to me throughout the whole process and they took time to chat before completing any work. This was an emergency appointment due to a broken tooth and I have now left with a checkup booked in a few months time feeling very optimistic to beginning a healthy relationship between myself and going to the dentist. I would like to thank john jo, lucy and jordan for the recent work they have been doing on me. They have been brilliant and i am pain free, i would advise anybody that can afford to go private. Im glad i couldnt find an NHS dentist at the time and i was able to afford to go to Gentle Dental Care, i would also like to thank the secretary staff as they have been so good at reminding me of my appointments and as for anyone thats thinking of going private Gentle Dental Care is a 15 min walk from belfast station on the Lisburn Rd.
