I had to get an upper molar that was quite close to my sinus removed. For the 2 weeks prior, I was a nervous wreck. Little did I know I shouldn’t have worried at all. The receptionist staff were lovely and very reassuring. Nicole (the dentist) and her dental nurse were honestly fantastic. Nicole explained how the procedure would go and put me at ease straight away. I had gas & air and this really helped to relax me while I listened to my music. As Nicole was extracting the tooth she was communicating with me until the very end. No pain at all and 5 days later I’m doing ok! Honestly, if you’re a nervous patient like I am, please do not worry or loose sleep over having to attend this specialist dentist. An absolute 10/10. Thank you again to Nicole and her dental nurse, you girls are angels!

I visited the clinic for wisdom tooth removal with Callum. From initial meeting until I was leaving he was very friendly and welcoming. He explained things in detail, listened to what I had to say and overall he put me at ease (I was quite nervous about the procedure). His team were great as well. Making sure I was looked after throughout and also in recovery. Even when I had an issue at reception afterwards with bleeding from where I had the IV in my arm, the reception staff were quick to get someone to assist me so I was cleaned up immediately. The whole experience was as great as it could be when you’re having a tooth extraction. I’m hoping I won’t need to come back but I know I’d be in good hands if I do.

As an extremely nervous patient, getting a wisdom tooth extraction had me distracted for days. As soon as I met Callum and Bronagh my worries soon eased. Callum was very informative, and though every step he explained to me what was happening and what to expect. Bronagh, who was helping Callum. was so supportive - kept me reassured through the whole process.

I had an appointment yesterday 16th March. I was going to have a tooth extracted under sedation as I had an awful experience many years ago which left me very nervous. I was greeted by Callum and right away he made me feel very relaxed and talked everything through and was in no hurry whatsoever. In the end I felt so reassured by Callum that and actually I still can't believe it myself, I let him extract my tooth with just freezing. Now don't get me wrong i was still a little anxious but he had it extracted in minutes and I never felt a thing. I wish there was more dentists like Callum and please pass on my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Callum. Alison Megaw

Was up yesterday after getting a cancellation & was never so glad to get my tooth out as the pain was terrible. Fiona & Barbara the nurse pur me at ease straight from the start.

I was in for a tooth extraction on Friday (05/12/2025) Nadine and the dental assistant ( I can only remember her initials were TB like Tracey beaker which I heard another colleague say) were fantastic. Made me feel really calm and not nervous at all. Thank you both so much 👌
