Dunmurry Dental Practice

Been with this dental practice for aleast 10 years plus,waited for opening up after covid,rang several times to get appointments especially for my children with the response that they weren't taking anyone only emergency appointments,it got to a point that one of my childrens orthodontist had to write twice to them to see my child so they could continue with their treatment (only then they were seen) i recently phone to check on myself and got a very rude receptionist telling me that i was nhs several times and theyre not taking on anymore, i always paid and was never nhs,i was told if i wanted to still be with this denist i now have to pay £17 a month with a £91 upfront fee first with only gives me 1app and 1clean unbelievable . They said they contacted me,which they did not about me or my other child but were able to contact me via txt about my other child, absolutely not happy about the treatment ive received especially by the very argumentive staff especially seen as i recommended this dentist to many family members. I just hope other patients dont get treated this way.

We're lucky to have had Gemma and Karen as our family dentists for the last few years, they've taken great care of us, including some challenging dentistry and young patients in our boys, and we're hopefully going to be with them for the next 20 years

I would 100% recommend Dunmurry Dental Practice. I had a tooth removed yesterday and it turned out that I was more nervous about it than I needed to be. Nicola and Louise made me feel reassured and relaxed. The procedure was so quick and pain free that I needed to double check that I was still at the dentist. Great job. Thank you both.

Excellent staff..extremely helpful receptionists. The dentists are very through and knowledgeable. The nurses are very friendly and always willing to lend a hand to hold... my daughter loves Amy and Ross

Having not visited a dentist in 10years I was a little apprehensive about going. However my mind had been put at ease by the staff of Dunmurry Dental practice and in Particular Tracey Campbell who treated me. She left me feeling relaxed and talked me throughout each step of my treatment , an absolute professional! Text messages and emails from the surgery are very welcome on reminding me 48hrs in advance of my appointment. The surgery and faculties as well as parking are to a high standard. Not surprising that this Practice is award winning excellent service from all staff
