Dundonald Dental Centre

A fabulous team, firstly, I emailed them about an NHS registration and within a few days they were calling me to sort out an appointment, I missed two calls (unfortunate timing on my part) and they were still considerate enough to call again. Had me booked in a few days later and getting a fantastically efficient, gentle and informative checkup that put my mind at ease (hadn't had a checkup in years and my wisdom teeth were coming though). Very lovely people, would seriously reccomend! Plus the fact I was able to get an NHS appointment in this day and age shocks me beyond belief and is such a relief, as paying for private was really not an option for me right now. So bless you guys, you're amazing ♥️

Went today for treatment and long story short is I have to be referred to NHS/GO PRIVATE. As a patient of this practice I do not feel welcomed or valued. There is no rapport from the staff or dentist(s) . I've read other reviews and everyone is entitled to their opinion.

Very good, so happy with everything. Was my first appointment and was made feel very welcome and at ease.. start work that I needed straight away instead off halving to wait. Can’t thank enough, I’m scared off dentist but won’t be scared to go back to this one, that’s not normal lol

My usual dentist was not there for my appointment today, thankfully dr Shrutam completed the bonding on my teeth , he was very attentive and pleasant. I have since changed all my appointments to him , he took care in his work and i look forward to the next appointment

Hiya I'm a new patient 3 weeks ago at this dentist after 30 years not going I was so nervous and gratefull for them.letting me join the man Dr shrutam looked after me so well and made me feel so comfortable I've had 7 teeth out and never felt 1 thing this man is amazing Brilliant at his job I highly recommend this dentist and this man he's so good

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. I booked an appointment specifically to see a dentist, but upon arrival, I was only seen by a nurse. After taking X-rays, the nurse confirmed that I had an infection, but then told me they could not provide any treatment because the dentist was on holiday. I was left to deal with severe toothache and facial swelling on my own with zero medical help or prescription. It is completely unacceptable to allow a patient to book an appointment when no dentist is available, and even more unprofessional to turn away someone with a visible infection and swelling. Avoid this place if you need actual dental care." "The front desk staff's attitude was very disappointing. They lacked professionalism and were quite unfriendly, which made the entire clinic visit a very unpleasant experience."

I had my first appointment with the practise and Aneeta Babu yesterday and she was fantastic. Friendly, professional and happy to answer any questions/ease my nerves as I am a bit of a nervous patient! Thorough clean and check done along with x-rays. Receptionist and other staff all helpful also!
