I had a really great experience with Jim at Braden Dental and honestly couldn’t recommend him more. I originally went to see Jim because I have a hiatus hernia and grind my teeth, which had caused a lot of erosion and wear over time. I’d already had quite a bit of cosmetic work done with a previous dentist (composite veneers/bonding), but they chipped regularly and didn’t feel like they were properly protecting the back of my teeth. From the first appointment, Jim was brilliant. Jim took the time to really listen to my concerns, talked me through all of my options clearly, and answered every question I had in a way that genuinely put me at ease. It felt like a much more thoughtful and long-term approach rather than a quick cosmetic fix. The end result has made such a difference - my teeth feel stronger and better protected, and the overall appearance is so much more natural and even. The before-and-after speaks for itself. On top of that, Jim’s treatment plan was actually more cost-effective than what I’d had before, which was a huge bonus. If anyone is dealing with wear, grinding, or has had issues with previous dental work, I’d highly recommend going to Jim. I finally feel confident in my smile and like my teeth are being properly looked after.

Each time I arrive, I am impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail shown by the entire team. The care I receive is always of the highest standard, delivered with clarity, kindness, and genuine concern for patient comfort. 11 years ago I had some composite bonding done just before my wedding. Jim was excellent and with just a few tweaks and some whitening gave me exactly what I wanted. I returned to Braden Dental this year as I needed whitening again and had decided to add bonding to a few more teeth. My previous bonding 11 years old was in excellent condition. Never had an issue so I knew I would be in safe hands again. From consultation to my new smile Jim and the team were fantastic. Great advice, excellent high quality products used and have listened to exactly what I wanted throughout the process. I could not recommend enough and am extremely happy with my finished result!
