Bedford Dental Practice

Had my first appointment at Bedford Dental Practice and I was a little bit nervous but, the staff were so kind and informative. My hygienist was (I think) Dayana and she provided some helpful advice and was reassuring. I then later had my dentist appointment with Kunal and he was lovely! He kept asking me if I had any questions, was very approachable and chatty. He was informative, explaining things like the X-rays and what they look for when reviewing the X-rays, which I found really helpful! I liked how personable he was and it made me feel more comfortable. Even though I didn’t have many questions, he said I can reach out whenever via email if I do or in my next check up. Having had past experiences with dentists who can be condescending, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the staff (especially Kunal and Dayana) seemed to demonstrate genuine care in the patient experience (and their teeth!). Thank you!

Over the way too many dental practices I have had appointments with. I truly think Bedford Dental Practice is the best so far. The dental practitioner named Sardia (apologies if spelt wrong) along with Natasha were great with my last appointment. Every part of the procedure was explained fully with the post operative instructions explained likewise. Thanks Delroy RS

I would like to say a big thank you to Sadia javed and Her Indian assistant at Bedford Dental Practice, especially when they hold my crying baby for a while during procedure . I was in so much pain over the weeks due to a cavity in my tooth , and they managed to fit me in today morning,they fixed my other tooth aswell and did cleaning of my lower front teeth. From the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel comfortable and well looked after. The procedure was quick and painless ,they numbed me up and did the filling of the affected tooth, and I’ve had no pain since. I’m truly grateful for the wonderful care I received. Thank you to such an amazing and caring team especially "Sadia Javed". They have co-operated with my baby .its really appreciated to keep patience with my daughter.Thanks again.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. I’ve been chasing for 19 days and still NO REFUND. Despicable! I booked a £45 full check up. Instead, I later discovered I had been charged three times across two cards, totalling £144. I raised this immediately after my appointment and am still waiting for it to be put right. I was then told I had been charged extra for an X ray, something that was never explained or disclosed beforehand. Advertising a "full examination" and then quietly adding charges after the fact feels completely dishonest. The lack of transparency, accountability, and urgency to refund is appalling. This experience has left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. Avoid.

5 stars is not enough to give to the amazing, Dr Sadia. She has been absolutely amazing throughout my tooth extraction journey. Made me feel so comfortable, prescribed the right antibiotics and calmed my nerves down whilst the treatment was being done. Thank you so much, Dr Sadia!

Always such a good service at this dental practice. The lovely Fatima is simply wonderful. First time taking my daughter (9 months) and the care and advice was great. Lovely to be encouraged to bring her from so early on so going to the dentist isn’t seen as anything to be afraid of. The dental nurses and receptionists are always helpful too. So happy to go here and recommend to others.

My daughter was anxious about going to the dentist until we met Fatima. Fatima is absolutely wonderful, such a kind, caring professional. Thank you Fatima. All the staff are brilliant.
