Always a kind warm welcome on arrival. never have to sit for long in the waiting area before going in to see Rob , My wonderful Dentist. I have been Rob's patient for a long time now & he is absolutely Excellent , a smashing Lad who is always happy & chatty but always very professional . 5 ***** treatment from Rob. I have never been nervous with whatever treatment i have had to have done. He talks you through everything & is always considerate. I am very Lucky to be a patient at Alpha .

Kirsty and the team at Bedale/Leyburn are amazing. From the warm welcome you receive when you arrive through to the exceptional care from Kirsty once in the chair. I always feel I’ve been listened to and any question I have are always answered fully. I highly recommend this Dental practice, the staff always make do their best to reassure you and help you feel at ease.

I went for a routine review but also clutching my crown, which had fallen out a few days previously (I did admit that crunching on as sherbert lemon might have had something to do with it!). My teeth and gums were expertly checked by Kirstie, a very pleasant and capable female dentist, before a temporary crown was made and fitted, with appointments made for a new crown. As it will be some time before this can be done, I was given advice about what to do if the temporary crown comes out while I am away. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, including reception staff. Could not have been a better experience.

Excellent NHS treatment. We have been on the NHS waiting list for years, so was delighted to have got to the top. We had exceptional treatment by both the dental surgeon and the lovely man on reception in Leyburn this week. I can't remember for sure but I think he was called Ben🤔 It made going to the dentist more of a social occasion than a trial. Thank you Neil & Sheila G

I was very impressed by the calm, caring and patient way Dentist Kirsty delivered her treatment. Very capably assisted by Abbie in the treatment room. The whole experience was cheerfully and efficiently orchestrated by Jackie on reception! Five stars!

I’ve been seeing Rob for years now, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. He’s always friendly, professional, and really knows his craft. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel completely at ease, which isn’t always easy when it comes to dental visits. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with the treatment I received at Alpha Bedale. The appointment was right on time and I was treated in a very friendly way by all the staff. My procedure was carried out very efficiently. I was put at ease throughout it and kept informed exactly what was happening. All in all, a very satisfactory experience.
