I have never in all my life (and im in my 40's) hugged a dentist. After been in considerable pain for weeks, I had to accept that enough was enough and it was time to go to the dentist. Every single one of the team are so friendly, and make you feel so relaxed. I have a massive fear of dentists, but the pain was too much. X rays were done, and straight away it was identified that a decayed wisdom tooth was the source of my discomfort. And then I was given a choice. In my own time. Shall we pull it out today or do you want to come back? I opted to just get it done there and then, a decision which I'm sure Dr Khan is regretting as that tooth didnt want to come. But all the way through the process i was spoken to, reassured, we had a laugh along the way. There was no judgement that I hadn't been to the dentist in years, these are a team of professionals who obviously love what they do, but clearly care about patient's welfare from start to finish. Im booked in for a couple of fillings, and a visit with the hygienist, but honestly, the care I was shown during this was incredible and im so so grateful to everyone ive encountered today who made this experience so pleasant.

I had a complex root infection that required urgent root canal treatment. My previous dentist didn’t feel confident performing the procedure, which left me searching for alternatives. I contacted Dr. Khan who reviewed my X-rays right away, explained the best course of action, and reassured me with his confidence and expertise. He carried out the root canal with complete comfort, scheduled a follow up to ensure everything had healed properly, and only then sealed the tooth. I also decided to get a zirconia crown, really happy with the outcome as it looks aesthetically pleasing and matches my other teeth perfectly. It has been seven months since the root canal, happy to say I’ve had absolutely no issues.
