⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t recommend this dental team enough! The two ladies working upstairs — the dentist and dental assistant — are both brilliant (wish I could remember their names!). I moved to this practice over a year ago after my previous dentist didn’t suit my anxiety, and I’m so grateful I did. They are genuinely friendly, patient, and reassuring whenever nerves kick in. Thank you for making dental visits so much easier and for taking such great care ❤️🙌🏻

Awful staff at reception desk! We were new patients at this practice and my son's name was spelled wrong and when I told the girl the right spellings she straight up said it doesn't really matter if the spellings are wrong! . .??? If I call how are you going to find him in your system? She clearly wasnt interested and we then left. The dentist we saw was absolutely amazing and brilliant with my son. But unfortunately will be changing from this practice.

Girls on the reception clearly haven’t been trained on customer service, Rebecca was very rude and disrespectful when I was trying to rearrange an appointment and when questioned why appointments are 3-6 months apart for temporary fillings only to be told they have customers that need more work done and if I’m not happy to feel free to leave and go to another dentist. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone either private patient or NHS! you can’t get them to answer the phone or return calls despite what they’re voicemail message suggests. I’ve been a client here for nearly 20 years and never in all that time have I seen a service as poor. Sharon
