I had a hygiene appointment yesterday at the practice, the hygienist was lovely, really gentle and did a fantastic job. The nurse helping was also lovely and very friendly… booked again for August!! Great team x
Worst customer service ever. Chased for 6 months for a whitening. No replies, no apologies, Get a snotty reply after I chased 6 months after. Staff are impolite and do not even bother to say please or thank yous in messages. I’m leaving this dentist after 25 years today - they can do one - with that customer service!!! Terrible !!!!!! !!!!

Receptionists are always lovely, never have to wait long. Dr Dave has always been great with me and my children. Have been a patient for over 20 years!
Such a good dentist practice, the receptionist are helpfull and polite, my dentist in particular is absolutely brilliant always so reassuring answers any questions I have and is so lovely with my children especially when it comes to my daughter who has autism he is so patient and understanding. Couldn’t recommend this practice enough
