My wife was kicked out of this practice for cancelling appointments more than once - due to work commitments. She could not get through on the phone. It was either engaged or just rang and was hung up. She told me she had tried 90 times in one day to try and get through about an appointment. My Mum and I were also removed as patients with no warning - after having treatments there for over a decade. It was a lovely place when the original receptionist Linda worked there.

As below. Absolutely impossible to get hold of on the phone. Had to attend in person, heavily pregnant with two young children to explain I had been trying to call for our routine appointment... Was told appointment had been sent (it hadn't) and due to being missed we were all struck off.. Very dismissive staff.

Absolutely terrible! Cowboys and thats a compliment. No clue what theyre doing. Tried to book an emergency appointment and the RUDE receptionist said that because i didnt attend my last appointment (that i didnt know i had) i had been taken off the system. I had visted several times for root canal treatment and on my last visit, another visit WASN’T scheduled. If it was, i would have known as i’m very strict about this stuff. So i obviously wasn’t told. Pathetic excuse for a surgery.

Do NOT use this practice. Couldn’t attend our SECOND ever appointment there due to being genuinely poorly and couldn’t leave my toilet for more than half an hour to be told by a stuck up, rude receptionist that we were struck off the register. A whole family of 5!! Pathetic excuse for a practice.

Same as above. No idea i was struck off their register. Private patient not NHS. Called in a real emergency. Receptionist could not have been more dismissive and rude. Do not use this appalling dentist.

I've never had a problem here and find the receptionist lovely they have been brilliant for me personally:)

Wife went in to labour today I've rang the dentist 4 times now but got no answer, I'll probably be removed off the list now
