I had my dental check-up today and had a great experience. The dentist was very friendly and took the time to explain how to look after my teeth properly, including the pros and cons of different aspects of dental care. I also had a lovely scale and polish, and my teeth feel so clean afterwards. The whole team was welcoming and professional, and I've already booked my next check-up in six months. Highly recommended!

Been putting off a tooth extraction for years as was advised by my previous dentist I would need cutting & stitches to remove. It took you only a few minutes to successfully remove without any issues and was completely painless. Made me feel really at ease and calm and was very patient. Highly recommend to all.

This was my first visit today, having moved back up to the area. I was very happy with the service I received, from booking an initial appointment to my treatment from the dentist. He was very professional and explained everything very clearly. Being a "nervous" patient , this put me at ease, so much so that I will be very relaxed at my next appointment.

All the staff are very polite and respectful. I am impressed as I arrived late for my appointment expecting to have to reschedule but was told the dentist could still see me if I was ok to wait fifteen to twenty minutes which I was more than happy to do so. However I think it was only five to ten minutes and the dentist and nurse were lovely. I was also happy with my treatment. Thank you

I have a phobia re dentists , I had to have a deep clean by the hygienist which is very painful for me re my sensitive teeth. On arrival the hygienist was aware of my distress and was amazing at calming me and offering support. During the process he stopped when I needed him to , was very aware of my needs and gave me all the support I needed. He was kind considerate and very professional. For someone who finds these treatments very difficult , I would highly recommend this practice.

The staff, from the secretary manning the desk, to the nurse and dentist herself were all pleasant and friendly, whilst remaining very professional. I was made to feel comfortable and welcome. The surgery is very clean and the waiting rooms comfortable and well laid out. Treatment rooms themselves are spacious, light and airy. My treatment requirements were clearly explained by the dentist, and she listened when I explained why I might only be able to accept partial treatment at the moment. Neither she nor the nurse were at all judgenmental and offered some options that might further accomodate my circumstances. I'd never suggest a trip to the dentist might be fun, but mine was easy, pleasant and quick. I'll take that.........

Absolutely delighted to have found this dental practice, taking NHS patients. Staff are extremely warm, welcoming and kind. No long waits for appointments. Check-up was thorough and detailed. The scale and polish was the best I've ever had. Highly recommend this practice.
