I have used WestCountry dental and implant centre for nearly 30 years now ! Best dentist practice ever. Even through covid I had the best nhs treatment. But I have actually come on here to let you know that if you do decide to register with these guys the best dentist I have ever had the fortune to meet is the lovely lady DJ. She is kind chatty puts you at ease takes time to listen to you. She is so so gentle the only dentist I have ever had where you don’t feel her injections. Really loves her job and knows her stuff. I hope this practice knows how lucky they are to have her on their team. And I also have to give her assistant "Jay " a mention. Not only is he kind polite n funny. He’s handsome too !! So next time you make an appointment ask for the lovely DJ !! You won’t be disappointed. And I also have to add all the other staff there are lovely too. well done West Country dental practice x your business is only as good as your staff x so you are very lucky to have such amazing kind,polite, helpful staff x ten stars

I recently had an appointment at West-country Dental Implant and I can’t express enough how wonderful my experience was with Dr. DJ and dental nurse Jay. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease, which is not always the case when visiting the dentist. Dr. DJ took the time to explain each step of the process, which really helped calm my nerves. Her professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the appointment, she was thorough yet gentle, ensuring I was comfortable at all times. Jay was equally impressive, providing exceptional support and care. The way they worked together was seamless, showcasing a remarkable level of teamwork and professionalism. I left the office feeling satisfied and grateful for such outstanding care. Hannah and Bella on reception was very welcoming and smiley! I highly recommend DJ and Jay to anyone looking for a remarkable dental experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I've just completed my treatment of all on 4 dental implants. By nature I am a nervous patient, I was nervous and anxious about my first visit. Sara and Jess they were lovely and put me at ease straight away, explaining the best course of action for me, they explained what they were doing, explained my options for continuing treatment. Sara and Jess was extremely considerate, caring and professional. I have a beautiful smile for the first time in a very long time. I would 100% recommend, westcountry dental implants. As a nervous patient, I saw Sara and Jess a few weeks ago. They were both kind and reassuring, explaining and showing me what they were going to do. My follow up appointments to complete the treatment have been equally good, with the same level of care throughout. I now feel in good hands with this dentist and assistant.

What a fantastic team DJ and Jay are. Best experience I’ve ever had going to a dentist. DJ is so knowledgeable and explains everything in a clear, professional way. I actually feel like she listens and advises based on my personal situation rather than trying to convince me to have treatment I don’t need. Plus she’s super friendly and welcoming. Jay puts you at ease immediately and is such a huge asset to the practice. Best of all, my kids adore going to the dentist now because of this dream team!!

Staff super friendly and were able to accommodate my unusual request. DJ was the orthodontist who saw me, she was dedicated to helping me with my issue and had to think outside the box with a creative approach. I am very satisfied with the care I received and highly recommend this place!
