I have been a patient with Lion House for many years and I’ve consistently had such positive experiences from Dr Dewgun and his team. From the moment you walk in the staff are all very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. With all the latest technology at the practice, treatments are super quick, comfortable, and smooth. I also really appreciate not having to wait weeks for an appointment. I was really impressed that my crown could be measured, and fitted in one visit thanks to the new technology! It made the whole process quick and hassle free. It’s rare to find a place that combines such high quality care with such a warm and supportive atmosphere. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

My treatment plan was explained carefully and thoroughly so that I was aware of all the options and was able to make an informed decision. The practice keeps up-to-date with the latest research and I always feel confident that my interests are put first. The dentist is calm, gentle and and reassuring.

Most recent visit was due to accidental breakage of a denture. The receptionist was so kind and supportive in trying to sort things out for me and arranged for me to go direct to the dental technician for an immediate repair. Also had a constructive conversation with my dentist who was very helpful and kind and we have a plan for the future. Can’t fault in any way.

I want to endorse my last feedback and thank you all for the warm welcome I always receive. The extensive work to replace my worn bridges has been a real success. I have been a patient for over 16 years and would never go anywhere else! The phenomenal patient care and the incredible state of the art technology used is really next level. You genuinely feel like part of the family on every visit! An exceptional and first-class surgery with the most dedicated and kindest team! A special mention to wonderful Jess who is just amazing, so very kind and helps to organise everything so efficiently with a lovely smile! The newest arrivals to the team Ellis and Nahid are both truly wonderful new additions to the best dental team there is! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Whilst the staff and premises are lovely, I feel the price is high. We went looking for aligners for my son (age 17) when booking the appointment I asked he if needed to be 18, the receptionist advised her son had aligners before he was18. This was not the case, we were advised by the dentist he would need to wait until he was 18, this aside my sons teeth were too severe for him to deal with so he couldn’t help (appreciate this is not their fault) I do feel the £50 new patient charge was a little high considering we were in and out within 10 minutes and were not going to be a new patient! I understand they need to charge but £50 was high considering.
