I have been with Laura Jones for many years. Each and every visit I have received outstanding service/treatment. I would and have recommend the practice to my family and friends. I suffer from severe anxiety but when i go to attend my appointments the staff and especially Laura make me feel so relaxed and put me at ease. Words alone cannot express how lucky and privileged I feel being a long standing patient at Laura Jones.

I'm usually apprehensive about any dental appointment. With Laura Jones you are quickly put at ease. The treatment process is always relaxed and pain free. After five years with this practice, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had not been to see Laura for quite some time due to ill health and the restrictions. I was absolutely petrified going, actually don’t know how I made it to the door. Laura and her team were professional as always put me at my ease. The dental surgery is exceptionally clean strict protocol is in place as I saw for myself.

Laura is a great dentist. She is not just extremely talented and skilful at what she does, she is also really caring, gives good advice and puts nervous patients (like me) at ease. In this practice, everyone is so friendly and helpful, and everything is done to a high standard. Really recommend it!

I have to say my experience at the dentist was pleasant, professional and caring. Everyone there could not have done better, trying to do their work and having to cover so much health, safety, hygiene and care for the patient. They had focused on everything, except one thing they nearly used a wrong door lol. Well done to everyone and thank you Laura every thing is good and no pain.

Having been with Laura Jones for a number of years I had a check up appointment cancelled at short notice in 2021 in the middle of the pandemic. Was told that they would call me with a new appointment. Never heard from them. Tried calling them several times since. Just got the answering machine promising someone would call me back asap. Again never heard from them. Twigged it was because I was nhs but they hadn't the guts to tell me that I'd been deregistered without telling me. Very greedy dentist who just wants the money. So I've now gone private with a much superior dentist and will be seen next Wednesday lol. Laura Jones has done me a favour. Awful customer care. Laura Jones someday will be crying out for nhs patients. But I won't be one of them. So avoid!
