Clear Dental, Henry Street

Colin was a fantastic Dentist and was quite within his right to retire. However, it was the way in which the whole situation was handled ....badly. A letter to all long attending patients and families, would have been sufficient. I to joined from the practice opening. Pity, the whole episode left a sour taste in my mouth, but I wish you well on your journey.

Visited today for a checkup and clean with Kathryn. She a fantastic dentist and genuinely lovely person. Great, efficient service and booked in for follow up appointments with the staff at reception, not a problem. Really pleased with how I was treated so I am surprised to see some bad reviews recently. My experience was 10/10 so please don’t read the bad reviews just attend and make your own decision. Thank you

My son was in today with Margaret Hamill, our first time with Margaret, a lovely dentist! patient, pleasent and put my young son at ease. I have had my children registered with this dental practice many years from a young age and I have found all the dentists here very good, and the girls on reception are pleasent and helpful. Update* dropped from 5 to 2star. trying to get an appointment for my child that has been with this practice for years only to be told the dentist left the practice 2 years ago no-one contacted regards this now I can not get an appointment my child has no dentist and has been put on a waiting list for such times when and if they get a new dentist, poor! Will have to search for a new dentist for my children.

Been with gardeners for over 18 years. Nearly 2 years ago my dentist moved away from the surgery so was getting different dentists to look at my teeth. Then on the 14th of April 2024 received a letter for myself and my children that we are no longer with clear dental harryville because it's going private so they moved us without notice until receiving the letter to antrim clear dental which every time you ring wanting an appointment they never answer or they don't do emergency services if you need one. And can't even get an appointment until July when to ring me and say the appointment I got booked has to be cancelled because the dentist isn't on that day. Never in my life have I had so much bother with clear dental in harryville or Antrim. Will never be near them again private or NHS!!!!!

Have been with gardiner/clear dental for almost 19years with my husband and 2 children and my Mother! And have always recommended it as the best! only to be told recently that our dentist we where listed with here had left 2 years ago and that there is now no dentist here to care for us! Would have been nice to have received a letter explaining this at the time so we could have actively looked for another family dentist. I have broken a tooth this week and needed care for it but was turned away, and after such a long time with the one practice this is beyond disappointing to be told they cannot see you! And told I would be best to search for my Treatment else where! Not to mention getting the children used to going somewhere else . Definitely the most disappointing customer care I've ever experienced .

Mrs Gardiner is a brilliant dentist and very nice person. I have never failed to be impressed by her work (and I've had lots) and total professionalism and the rest of the staff are fantastic too.

My kids have been with gardeners dentist for years. Since it’s been taken over was told they are on list for new dentist when they get one. Hadn’t been told about their dentist leaving. Been over 3 years now. Disgraceful
