I am very impressed with SmileShines dental surgery, they have always been there for me and never let me down. The dentists and receptionists are very polite and knowledgeable. I was particularly impressed by a small tooth support provided a year a two back which not only supported a tooth but helped to fill in a gap - a very innovative approach. Their prices are very reasonable and it all contributes to a very good an experience as you can expert from a dentist. Probably one of the best dental surgeries I have attended over the last 70 odd years. Thanks and keep up the good work.

My sister and I attended our dentist appointment today Thursday 12th February 2026 with Man- Him Law the dentist, Abbie the nurse and Millie the receptionist. They all give us such a wonderful warm welcome, ask about our family members who also attend at this dentist and nothing is too much trouble. Man-Hin Law is such a warm caring person and very professional in he's work and explained everything to me in such a positive and friendly way. Abbey is very caring and nothing is too much trouble I met the receptionist Millie today and she was very professional on the telephone , smiley and very attentive in her work . My sister left after our first class treatment very happy with our first class service. It is a lovely place to attend and your wonderful staff just make things better. Saw the hygienist Gabi yesterday and she was brilliant. She was very warm and friendly and put my nervousness at ease immediately. I have had issues in the past with finding a dentist (before smileshines) and as such, was lacking in areas, especially having not seen a hygienist for years. She did not judge, she did not criticise at all. She made me feel very calm and at ease. Her friendly warm approach made me comfortable immediately. During the cleaning I was a bit jumpy as I had tender spots and was sensitive, she kept checking in with me to ensure I was comfortable and gave me words of encouragement which really helped. Once fininished, she gave me advice on how to care for my teeth properly. It was friendly advice and was really refreshing as it wasn't condescending at all, she simply told me what would work best for my teeth and even showed me techniques on my teeth that would help. I have nuerodiverse family members that I know would even feel comfortable in her care. She was that friendly, warm and compassionate. Cant recommend her enough. Would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone, especially nervous people like me. For the first time, i'm actually not nervous about returning to a hygienist and am looking forward to seeing her again in a few months. Thanks again. ❤️

I have been going to this dental practice for many years. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The practitioners I have used have each been very calming and putting you at ease. Good for people who may have problems being at the dentist.

I have been a patient here for over 20 years. The Practice Lead, Achal, is a fantastic dentist. He is very approachable and gentle; carefully carrying out more complex dental procedures. I fully trust him to fully explain all options with me prior to carrying out treatment. The new dental hygienist, Gabriella, is lovely, gentle and provides a high quality teeth cleaning/hygienist treatment

Always feel I'm in good hands when attending hygiene and dental treatments. Would definitely recommend to friends and family
