I appreciate the honest, caring professional discussion about the treatment plan. During treatment everything is explained and I have felt very involved throughout. I was very comfortable during treatment and the dentist and all staff put me at ease. It's nice to have a dental practice that I have every faith in. I am very grateful. Thank you.

I've recently started a new dental journey at Kingsbrook Dental and I cannot fault them. From the moment I walked in, I felt instantly at ease and so welcomed. The staff are amazing and treat you like one of their own. The practice itself is modern and clean. I've had a check up and hygienist appointment since joining and both times were great. Dare I say, I look forward to my next appointment!

I've been really impressed with Kingsbrook Dental. The reception area is clean, cool and refreshing and everyone on reception is really friendly. Puyan put me at ease and thoroughly explained every part of the examinations, x-rays and scans, treatments etc. I am a nervous dental patient but I would highly recommend Kingsbrook Dental. They even have a basket of fidget toys in reception if you need something to help during your appointment!

From the minute you enter the premises you feel welcomed, all the reception staff are friendly and provide great customer care. The actual building gives the impression of hi tec, modern decor, clean lines and generally very impressive. I booked in with Pratik after my daughter recommended him. He made me feel at ease straight away and provided reassurance and created a dental treatment plan that I was more than happy with. I would highly recommend Kingsbrook Dental it’s five star treatment all the way!

I’ve reached the age of needing extensive work to my teeth, and being unhappy with my previous dentist’s approach to the problem, my daughter arranged for me to have a consultation with Kingsbrook Dental and Pratik Shah. It is difficult to describe the incredible difference in both the approach and technology I found at Kingsbrook. Pratik took the time and care to fully understand the problems with my teeth using some very impressive technology, and then was able to show me and talk me through how to proceed, and at no time have I been rushed. Throughout the procedures, he was extremely caring ensuring everything was going well and giving me loads of support, even access to him out of hours if necessary. I am still getting used to the changes in my mouth, but Pratik’s care and professionalism has made a daunting challenge as easy as possible. The only slight problem is that it is a six hour round trip for me but I definitely feel that it has been worth it.

If you told me a month ago that I’d be nearly falling asleep during a root canal while listening to Taylor Swift, I would have thought you were ‘Enchanted’ or just plain delusional. As someone who used to avoid the dentist like the plague, Dr. Puyan Heydari is a total game-changer. Not only was the procedure completely painless (I was genuinely more relaxed than I am at home), but Puyan managed to save a tooth I was certain was a lost cause. I truly admire his perfectionism and meticulous attention to detail; he absolutely nailed it. The level of care here is unmatched. After mentioning I liked Taylor Swift during my first visit, I walked in for my second appointment to find her already playing—he’d remembered and prepared the playlist before I even stepped foot in the room. A huge thank you also to Velaska and Viviana, who are always so attentive and kind. They always manage to make me relax and smile, even when I’m popping in during a stressful workday. It turns out a root canal doesn’t have to be a ‘Bad Blood’ experience. If you’re a nervous patient, see Puyan and this wonderful team. Dr Heydari saved my life, I'd seen a dentist at another practice who insisted there was no infection in my teeth or mouth. I saw Dr Puyan Heydari as an emergency on a Saturday morning & he was very concerned that I should go to hospital immediately as he suspected systemic infection. His diagnosis proved correct & after one day in Stoke Mandeville & four days at the Radcliffe in Oxford where a tooth extraction took nearly two hours I came home. I was on intravenous antibiotics for all my stay in the Radcliffe so much for no infection! A dry socket was diagnosed after two days & was treated by the excellent (& impossibly young looking) Dr Mahpara Aamir. What a live wire Dr Aamir is! Throughout it all the gorgeous Valaska kept in constant contact to make sure I was alright. No praise could ever be high enough for this practice & all the fabulous people that work there.
