My dentist was very thorough with the check up and hygiene treatment. I felt confident in a good job done. He was then helpful in explaining the process for teeth whitening and offered to take the necessary scan there and then (even though it meant collecting and starting up the machine first), for which I was grateful. The receptionist was also very helpful in sending me a link to make payment online as I had forgotten my card.

I am a very nervous patient.... And I needed a tooth extraction, Imran khan and his dental nurse put me very much at ease, I didn't feel a thing, they are absolutely amazing and took the fear away! I would highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible. No compassion, no understanding, no reassurance. Then lied saying would make a referral to the hospital which didn’t happen then when asked later why it hadn’t happened got told it’s a central referral even after being reassured multiple times it would go straight to the hospital. When approached about the failing to refer to the right place and explaining why it needed to be the hospital was treated with very little understanding. My child has ASD and this is the reason it needed to go to a hospital for a referral. When I tried to explain this she didn’t care and kept saying "well if ur not happy speak to the practise manager" this isn’t the first time she has messed referrals up either. She will never take any accountability for anything. Even at the appointment she was told the previous traumatic experience which has now led to my son having a phobia of the dentist but again she dismissed his feelings, told him not to be so silly and that he just had to get on with it. Even as an adult I would not want to be treated or spoken to the way she did to my child. AVOID THIS DENTIST

I’ve been to this practice twice, unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. During our first visit, the dentist took X-rays but then did not review or discuss the results with me. The appointment felt very rushed, I understand it was an NHS check-up, but the criteria was wrong A year later, I specifically requested to see a different dentist, hoping for a better experience. However, he was running 20 minutes late and did not apologise. The appointment itself lasted only around 5 minutes for both me and my son. I explained that my fissure sealant is chipped and that I have sensitivity in one tooth, but no X-rays were taken and no treatment or advice was offered beyond being told to book another appointment in 6 months. He did not suggest replacing the fissure sealant. My son was also seen very quickly, and no fluoride treatment was offered or applied. Both visits for both of us felt rushed and lacking in thoroughness. I left feeling that our concerns were not properly addressed, and I was disappointed by the lack of care and attention provided.

I always have a 6 monthly check up under the careful and watchful eye of my lovely dental surgeon Dr Sneha Lopes. Fortunately for me I've got a very healthy set of teeth. Sneha is truly remarkable for her outstanding compassion, kindness, understanding and patience. Even though I'm not a nervous person, there's many who are. Sneha will put you at ease at all times. This lady is always very professional in her work and should be given credit for what she does. I recommend anyone to make an appointment with Dr Lopes. This lady will do all she can for your dental requirements. Many thanks. David.

I would recommend without hesitation. This practice is a great little find. Lovely friendly staff, amazing Dentist in Dr Pooja Capoor who put me at ease, provided great advice, and made me feel totally comfortable throughout my appointments. Deserved 5 stars 🌟

Hats off to together dental ashford, the are only 2 dental in whole spelthrone welcomes Nhs treatment. Whole family with them for decades. We always had good friendly service with good treatment. Special thanks to Dentist Sneha Lopez (and other lady assistant) for my treatment, Definitely the best dental in surrey.
