A Dentist Who Actually Makes You Feel Better I first went to Ben in February this year for advice on my teeth. I had several complex issues that I had delayed addressing due to past trauma. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for. The reception team are welcoming and reassuring, and never made me feel self-conscious. Ben and his nurse, Hema, are a fantastic team, working efficiently and always checking that I am okay. Ben is highly professional but also very human in his approach—he treats you with kindness and understanding, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you feel comfortable with your options. Most importantly, I never feel like I am being judged. I am currently midway through a long course of treatment, and while it isn’t always easy, I feel incredibly relieved to have finally faced these issues. Finding Ben and his practice has truly restored my faith in dentistry. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben and his team to anyone, especially if you are feeling anxious or have been putting off treatment.

I have just completed a course of treatment with Ben Bonthuys at the Easysmile dental practice. The treatment has included an implant, a bridge and crowns. I have nothing but praise for the treatment I have received from Ben. He has taken time to explain each course of treatment and my options. I would recommend Ben and the Easysmile dental practice to anybody requiring more complex dental surgery. I also attend the dental hygiene surgery at Easysmile every six months. Again I have consistently received excellent care from the dental hygienist, Emma Kirby.

Things in the UK have become either HIT or MISS with all services, medical and dental affected regardless of costs.. My MISS was a very poor dental experience with two bridge work implants failing in less than 6 months. Due to not following protocol and an incompetent dentist. With more due diligence and a lot of luck, I found the dental practice Easysmile in Ashford. From the car parking, reception staff, nurses, hygienist, waiting area for patients, the cleanliness of the practice is exceptional. I've never experienced this in the nine years since returning from the USA. This dental practice is outstanding with patient care, state of the art facilities, and the most experienced and caring team I had the privilege to meet. Dr Ben Bonthuys offers Gold Standard dentistry, with both his experience and kindness. The dental work I had done was for a lower partial that accommodates a missing front tooth. It fits like a glove and so comfortable, I need to check to be sure it's in the mouth. The dental hygienist at practice gave me the best clean I've had in nine years. Without drowning my mouth with water and a giving me the choking sensation. I had a truly exceptional experience at this dental practice.

Impressed with Ben's manner, skills and professionalism. And sense of humour! He has restored my confidence and trust in a dentist, correcting work done by another practice resulting in toothache and an absess. Ben also has a very attentive assistant; impressed with her observation of predictive needs. The hygienist, Emily, is very through with her hygiene clean and takes time to help improve your personal hygiene regime. The reception area has a nice welcoming feel and the receptionists are very friendly and efficient. A practice l would recommending.

I was so phobic about the dentist i had not been for 20+ years but developed a lose tooth, i walked in shaking like a leaf could barely stand at the xray machine as my teeth were chattering, but Ben the dentist talked me through everything and with tears rolling down my face he removed my tooth whilst telling me i had the start of gum disease which would need treating and that i needed another tooth out which i went through with two weeks later, he really was good and handled my phobia really well, i have since had multiple intense treatments for the gum disease with Emily (who is great and very calming) and continued to go and see Emily for follow ups and we have got on top of the gum disease which is such a relief, i now walk out of my house with not too much of a worry, have a nice chat with Emily when i get there and am no longer phobic. Yes its not cheap as its a private practise but it has been worth every penny. Receptionists are lovely too

I'd never been to this practice and had a few issues which made me late for the appointment and couldn't be seen, I was so upset and the caring lovely receptionists looked after me, and also managed to get the dentist to see me in between appointments! They went above and beyond and were so caring and attentive, I cant fault any member of staff who works there, right up to the dentist who saw me, who was patient and very calming along with being very knowledgeable! Best practice I've been to! Very satisfied

I have been seeing Ben at Easy Smile for some years. As a nervous patient, Ben has always shown me great empathy, patience and reassurance. His skills are phenomenal, solving any dental issues so quickly and efficiently. He makes you feel so comfortable and confident and although despite having treatment done, I always leave with a smile! The team are fantastic too, always so caring and willing to accommodate you.
