I’ve been a patient at Sunninghill Clinic for 22 years, mostly for routine maintenance such as check‑ups and hygiene. Since the clinic was taken over by new ownership, it has been completely transformed: modern, beautifully refurbished, and equipped with the latest dental technology. In addition, I find the staff are genuinely wonderful, the service is excellent, and the whole place feels welcoming. And yes, I’m saying this about a dentist clinic. Recently, I’ve been treated by two of the dentists and one of the surgeons, and I was genuinely surprised by how light‑handed they were. A gentle touch makes a world of difference during dental procedures, and they truly excelled at it. Combined with their personal, attentive approach, it makes every visit far more comfortable than you’d expect. I highly recommend Sunninghill Clinic to anyone in need of dental care.

First of all, the booking experience was excellent. I received a lovely SMS booking request, followed by a reconfirmation reminder—very thoughtful. The reception team were courteous and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. I then saw a new dentist practice staff member, who was fantastic. She walked me through every area of my teeth, even took an X-ray to ensure everything was okay, and offered very helpful advice and suggestions. Overall, the end-to-end experience was seamless and professional—truly 10 out of 10. Thank you!

Dr Deepa is truly wonderful. I’m so grateful to have found someone I have absolute confidence in to guide me into finding what treatments will be best for me over the coming years. Dr Deepa’s surgical training means I have real trust in her capabilities. She takes time to explain all the treatment options in detail to allow me to make informed choices. Dr Deepa really gets to know her clients and builds a lasting relationship. I’m delighted that she now has a London base too making it more convenient for me to see her. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

At the end of January 2026 I discovered that my NHS dentist had moved to private work from the start of the year. I called the practice, complained & was told many patients had also complained that we should have been informed prior to the transition. I asked about my NHS appt coming up in April & was informed Narinder would be honouring upcoming NHS appointments made last year. At a different appt last week I confirmed with the receptionists what I had been told. One said that was correct, the other said no - and went to check with a manager I had never seen before. He told her to tell me it wouldn't be honoured. I asked to speak with him as wanted to make a formal complaint - I heard him tell the receptionist to tell me he was too busy to see me. The dental practice is now a "clinic"... with a new name & goodness knows how much spent on a slick new look. In the meantime the lovely dental practice I and my family have been attending for over 23 years has "gone". My complaint email sent 3rd March to the Manager has gone unanswered. This does not bode well for the future - especially if other patients have issues and the Manager is not prepared to address them.

Had a deep below cleaning with Kia at Sunninghill Dental Care Clinic. Having not had this procedure before, l didn't know what to expect. 3 painless injections and a very professional treatment from Kia. Maybe not something to recommend, but if you havevto have it done, this is the place to go.

Unfortunately not the best experience. I waited 45 minutes to be seen by a dentist for my wisdom tooth which was infected. After getting the antibiotics prescribed, the dentist didn’t even write down on the front of the medication how to take them! E.g. twice with meals. So I had to ring up and see a private dentist in London to check my tooth and advise me how to take the antibiotics. It is a nicely renovated clinic but I would rather go to a private dentist where I actually get what I pay for with regards to dental expertise and seen on time. I believe you’re just paying for the aesthetic and nice interiors of this clinic…

This was my first time going to the Sunninghill clinic and I was so impressed! On first step through the front door it felt as if I was walking into a wellness spa in Ibiza. The calmness, the aesthetic even the smell created this ambience which really set the tone for the entire experience. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Deepa. Her warmth and positive demeanour shone through immediately. She listened to all of my concerns and then in turn was able to explain not just the treatment options but why I was experiencing changes to my skin. Her knowledge and experience is superior and she was able to really tailor the consultation to my needs. I opted for the microneedling and having never had this before Dr Deepa was able to ease my anxieties. She was so gentle throughout I almost forgot I was having a procedure! She is exemplary in her field and I will definitely be booking in to see her again in the future.
