I can’t thank Dr Martin Jessener at Aspire Dental Care Little Chalfont enough for going above and beyond to fix my crown. After struggling with a poorly fitted crown (which ultimately came off in less than a year) from another dentist at the same practice, I was frustrated and uncomfortable. But Dr Martin not only reassured me but also went out of his way—literally—traveling a long distance just to help me! He took the time to assess the problem, explain my options clearly, and ensure I was comfortable throughout the process. His dedication to patient care is truly unmatched. From the moment he started the refitting process, I could tell I was in expert hands. He worked with such precision and care, ensuring that the new fit was perfect. Now, my crown feels completely natural—no discomfort, no issues, just a beautiful and seamless result! Beyond his skill, Dr Martin is kind, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients. I registered with Aspire just after Covid as an NHS patient. They are always so friendly and professional. My checkups are always thorough. I've also had Hygienist appointments and my teeth have never felt so clean. If you're looking for a friendly professional service, I would highly recommend Aspire.

I have been a patient at Aspire Dental for just over a year now, and in that time have been very happy with the practice. I have always found the staff / receptionist very polite and helpful. Jaya, my dentist, has always taken the time to explain what needs to be done before treatments, and making sure that during the procedure I am ok. I am very happy with this dentist, and would highly recommend.

Dental care is fine but was advised on check up to book a hygienist appointment which I did costing £90. I attended today at 3 pm expecting to see the hygienist . At 3.05 I was called in for my appointment and was surprised it was my dentist carrying out the clean. At 3.12 I was told it was finished. I looked in the mirror and still noticed some staining so asked if she could redo that which she did 2 mins later at 3.14 I was in reception paying. So charged £90 for 9 minutes and teeth still not clean. At £10 per minute that is daylight robbery. In the past my hygiene appointments elsewhere have always been 30 mins minimum but usually around 40 mins. Basically I have been given a quick NHS clean costing £27.40 on the NHS and been charged £90 for it. Never again will I book for a clean here.

I have just come from having an appointment with Aspire dental and although I had read the negative reviews I went for my very first appointment. I was so worked up about what was going to happen to me from first meeting the receptionist to the dentist as per the reviews. I can honestly say my experience was amazing the receptionist was lovely and helped me put my mind at rest as well as being on hand to complete the forms. The dental doctor listened to my concern and worries as she could tell I was nervous all through my appointment and tooth extraction she communicated with me and again made sure I was feeling ok . Before I knew it it was over and I can promise you please ignore the negative comments this dental practice in my opinion is caring and thoughtful of others and most definitely puts your mind at rest. Had my teeth cleaned with airflow and honestly, I’ll never have any other kind of cleaning. It was so comfortable, just a little bit of scraping in one spot. Dentist was so gentle. My kids come here too and husband, we feel well looked after. Lovely receptionist too.
