I recently attended a dental appointment and overall found the experience to be positive. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and had a calm atmosphere, which helped ease any initial anxiety. The staff were friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. Reception handled the check-in process efficiently, and I didn’t have to wait long before being called in. The dentist was attentive, explained each step of the procedure clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I appreciated how they took the time to answer my questions and provide helpful advice on maintaining good oral hygiene. The treatment itself was carried out smoothly and with minimal discomfort. I also felt that proper hygiene and safety protocols were followed, which added to my confidence in the care provided. One area for improvement could be slightly more detailed post-treatment instructions, as it would help ensure patients feel fully informed after leaving the clinic. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and would feel comfortable returning for future appointments.

Dr Nilesh Raghavan was so professional, his surgery very clean, and the reception staff were also very helpful and friendly. I was impressed! The practice is accepting new patients and I've definitely switched to the right place. The entrance is a little run down but don't be put off by that, the practice room was very hygienic. An old filling fell out and I was worried that the hole would lead to pain eventually. I visited Ms Gill this morning and she was excellent from start to finish. She was caring and obviously an expert in her field, I felt that I was in safe hands and was happy to proceed with her recommended treatment plan. I can honestly say that I did not feel any pain and I am relieved that my oral health has been restored. I’ll be back if I have any more issues and in the meantime will happily refer friends and family to Ms Gill’s care if they need help. Heartfelt thanks to all at the practice.

I had a great experience at aldershot dental practice today. Sovika Rai, the hygienist and her colleague was very gentle, professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. She explained everything clearly and was very caring, which helped ease my anxiety. I truly appreciate her kindness and excellent care.

Just started going back to the dentist after being unable to register with an NHS dentist. I had great experiences wih this dentist and my late father who had dementia and they managed him with dignity and compassion, so felt they would be great with me and my deep routed fearnof dentists. They did not disappoint! Kristina has been amazing, and a check up and clean and Polish later, I'm feeling much more comfortable with dentist visits.

I had a hygienist appointment with Manisha, who has been seeing me for years. Very good as usual. The only downside of my experience is that the receptionist ladies always ask me to pay in advance. I feel like not being trusted. I asked them in the past do they pay in advance in a restaurant, the reply was This is not a restaurant sir.
