Used these guys after needing some emergency work and my regular dentist wasn't available. They are all so warm and friendly, I have now switched to these guys. Dr Sharoz does outstanding work, and she is competitive in pricing. Vanessa on reception is so lovely, and is the friendliest dental receptionist I've ever met. This is a great place for nervous patients

I stopped going for regular check ups due to a horrible dentist I had as I child. Then in my 20s I needed work doing so booked in new haw and it was the best division I made. The receptionist was and always has been kind, welcoming and always remembers me and now my kids. Never once have I walked into the receptionist and just sat there ignored like so many big practice do. I'm always feel welcome there. Sharaz, is my best dentist ever. She talks to you, asks about family, and treats you as a friend. She discussed my cleaning regime, and made me change my ways to prolong the decay of my teeth. She's quick and great my kids. I've been with this dentist for over 15 years now, I've moved twice - further away each time. I now live 10 miles away from them but still attend my 6monthly visits, because they are so great. Highly recommended.

I visited the dentist back in November 2018, I had avoided the dentist for many years, due to a phobia of the dentist. However, from my first visit all the staff were so friendly, receptionist was lovely and put me at ease, Quincy was absolutely fantastic. I have had to have a huge amount of work done, including intensive treatment on my gums and teeth removed. I have finally finished my treatment and the results are fantastic. I highly recommend going to Quincy, if you have any fear of the dentist, this is the place to go, as they are not condescending and they all go the extra mile to make you feel relaxed. I would whole heartedly recommend Dr Quincy at New Haw Dental Surgery. I used to be so nervous of seeing the Dentist, but I look forward to my appointments with Dr Quincy. He has a very calm demeanour, his hands are so gentle that I feel relaxed, even able to meditate whilst in the chair! My 4yrs old has also had her first dental experiences with Dr Quincy and she was great. She can see that her parents are in good hands, and was in the chair before I even knew she was ready!

Fantastic service. I travelled from London to see Quincy as he always manages to put me at ease before and during a treatment, not to mention that after a treatment I have no pains and discomfort as I've experienced at other surgeries. I find Quincy to be very attentive during teatment, clearly explaining each step and checking up on my wellbeing throughout. If you're looking for a dentist who truly cares about your oral health, then Quincy is the one for you. Highly recommended.

I’ve been to this dental surgery for five years, no problem at all. Queency is always friendly and professional just a few times my middle teeth chipped a bit when biting crabs. I had to go back three times as the filling came off after 2 weeks, but this is because the filing is really tiny and difficult to put on. After the fourth time my filling didn’t come off any more. Normally I go there half a year to do Check yo and clean on the same day to save time. Forget to mention, the receptionist is really friendly. Definitely will Recommend to others
