Oh my days I am so pleased 🙂 terrible with names but the staff were just amazing! Each and every staff I interacted with were attentive and inquisitive, showing genuine interest and care ! Lovely receptionist (so sorry I forgot your name lovely lady) gave me a tour of the facility to make me feel at ease and just such a friendly face! So sweet. Had a check up by Andrew and he was great and talked me through all of my quieries and concerns , as well as answered any questions I had. I have never been so relaxed in the chair before! Lovely shadowing staff, too. Evie was good fun to talk to and a lovely smiling face. Great little coffee machine upstairs too! Honestly, you are paying for quality and care and the staff deserve every penny ! Even when I was booking in for my next appointment there was giggles and genuine conversation, just so so friendly! Dentistry is expensive for a reason and I am so comforted by the care that everyone provided. Thanks guys ! See you again soon!

Great professional service. My treatment was to get a new crown made and fitted all within 2 hours! Andrew was my dentist who carried out my treatment and I couldn’t have been happier with the service and the speed to complete the treatment. With the use of modern technology and onsite lab I was walking out just under two hours. Andrew was very informative, explained the procedure and showed me the lab where the crown would be moulded following my scans, no impressions needed and no coming back two weeks later. Would recommend Andrew and this clinic.

This practice is second to none! All staff are super friendly, our dentist, Ishaque, and the nurses are amazing with my kids. Always puts them at ease to create a nice experience. The stickers help too! We always get a lovely warm welcome from the reception team, plus water on tap whilst we wait. The practice is spotless and doesn't even feel like a dentist.

I saw Sinead for Profhilo, and was immediately put at ease. Very friendly and easy to talk to, she listened to all my questions and the way she explained the process and what to expect left me feeling very excited for what's to come! Can't wait to come back for my next appointment 😊

Sinead was amazing and put me completely at ease. This was my first time of having lip filler and I was quite apprehensive however, the day after my treatment the swelling was barely noticeable and next to no bruising. My lips look and and feel great. Thank you so much!

Tooth extraction today, and I'm leaving a five star review - that should speak for itself. Waiting was comfortable, dentist and assistants were polite, and courteous. Injections are the worst part for me, and they were OK. The actual tooth extraction was a breeze - I didn't know it was out until the dentist showed me the tooth. All in all a great experience given the circumstances.

My actual appointments were fine and done so with care. My complaint is in regards to the lack of communication I received with my appointments and what was owed to pay. I was told at my appointment that it was £75 for the check up and xrays. I was under the impression that this was paid when I paid for the appointment at the end. I had to put down a £75 deposit towards a treatment that totalled £150. My understanding is my second appointment would be £75. I came for my appointment, I was told at the end it was £105. Apparently, the deposit went towards the xrays, which were £15 each. This was not communicated with me. I am a low income working student, so financials is not something I have much wriggle room with. I felt as if I am paying for their lack of communication. I am disappointed. Despite the excellent care, I will not be back and will not recommend this practice to anyone. No apology was offered.
