Signature Smiles

Reception lovley. Male dentist not do much. Very rude and judt wanted me to get out as fast as I could. Temp filling which didnt take away sharpness on top. £30!!! What a rip off. I also had to travel 50 minutes for a bad temp filling in could have just done at home. I wouldn't recommend unless I had no chocie. 😒

I had an emergency appointment today he didn’t do nothing for me. It doesn’t even tell me to leave no styles cause that’s why I would give him. Why would you accept my appointment if you’re not gonna do anything and say? Oh yeah you can go private yeah, I will pay 500 quid to get a tough out who’s got that kind of money these days no one Human, I am here with topic again when you could just help me out if you’re not gonna help anyone don’t be a dentist😡😡😡

I had a private hygiene clean and both the Dentist and the nurse (young girl called Cadi I believe)were fantastic and a very good price of only £50.

Had an emergency appointment for my 11 year old daughter. She was given a temporary filling and told it would need to be replaced within 3/4 weeks with a proper filling. 4 weeks pass and no phone calls. Then told rudely I had to make an appointment 20 miles away at another dentist ( we live a mile from this one in Gwersyllt ) and the next appointment was weeks away during school time. I have since been told we cant book her in and they are refusing to treat a child in pain. Will be taking this further and don’t recommend anyone take their children to this dentist. Shockingly bad and rude

I was feeling extremely poorly today and in a lot of pain. I have never been treated so well by a service. Everyone was so understanding, patient,kind and attentive. I felt so overwhelmed that people still care that much. Thankyou so much especially the two ladies that looked after me. You are amazing.

Previous experiences visiting dentists have left me feeling very anxious and skeptical about dental appointments. My last 2 visits to Signature Smiles have reset all the negative experiences by the professionalism and care shown by the entire team. A special mention to Nashba, Kelly, and Rebecca. Thank you very much and keep up the good and professional work.

Had toothache for 8 days with not having my own dentist, signature smiles got me in 6/4/24 greeted by pleasant receptionist, the dentist who to was very nice man, told was not my teeth that my gums very inflamed antibiotics given, within 24 hrs pain free, would recommend, thankyou signature smiles.
