The Sandstone Dental Practice

I was referred to the Sandstone Dental Practice, by my dentist, for a troublesome root canal treatment. Kate Blundell and her assistant, Izzy, gave me excellent care, both in the expertise of the whole procedure and in the reassurance and understanding of my anxiety about having the treatment. I was truly impressed by the skill and use of a microscopic sight to locate the canals and felt comfortable at all times. I thank Kate and Izzy for their kindness and support. The kind receptionists also made the whole experience a positive one. I can highly recommend Kate and her team.

I have been a patient of Sandstone Dental Practice since the beginning. I have always had excellent treatment from the team who treat me in a friendly and professional manner. From reception to dental nurses, to the dental team everyone makes you feel special and valued. The hygienist Emma is lovely, chatty and has given me lots of good advice. The thing I most appreciate is the casual banter from the team. It makes the appointment less daunting and a little like visiting friends.

I was referred to Sandstone Dental Practice by my dentist, as an xray revealed a potential problem with one of my bridges. All the staff were friendly and put me at ease straight away. I was examined by Prof. Jarad who was very thorough and I felt able to ask any questions about treatment and potential risks etc The potential problem is being monitored for now but I would be happy to go back to Sandstone Dental Practice if I need treatment in the future.

Excellent dentist! From the first call from the receptionist about my root canal referral, it was positive! The receptionist was lovely and explained everything I needed to know. My appointment was with Kate and she was lovely, caring and took the time to explain and reassure me. It didn't feel rushed and felt like we could go at the speed I was comfortable with. She gave honest advice and put a plan together to sort the issue. She is very knowledgeable and you feel like you're in good hands. On this occasion after investigation, it turned out I didn't require a root canal, but in the future if I needed the treatment, I wouldn't hesitate to book in and get it sorted with Kate. Having previously been an anxious patient, this appointment has made me significantly less anxious, with having such a positive appointment and experience. Thank you!

Excellent! I went in as a nervous patient. Reassuring, patient staff who explained and carried out root canal work with great care and attention. It was painless. Thank you
