I had a really positive experience at the practice. From the moment I arrived, the reception team were so welcoming, friendly and helpful, making me feel at ease straight away. My dentist Jennifer was absolutely fantastic, kind, professional and very thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly, listened to my concerns and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. I never felt rushed, and the care I received was excellent. A special mention to Jane, the new owner, who is doing a wonderful job. She is friendly, approachable and clearly passionate about providing a high standard of care for both patients and staff. It’s lovely to see such a positive atmosphere throughout the practice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for excellent dental care. Thank you to Jane and the whole team for such a great experience!!

Absolutely lovely hospitality and make you feel so reassured if you're a little nervous of the dentist at first. Had no issues and bene going for a few months now. Lovely staff who are approachable and actively showing you how to brush your teeth correctly without being patronising

I've had a really positive experience at allport since joining about a year ago. A special mention to Sian Henderson my hygienist who has transformed the way I feel about visiting. I've always struggled with anxiety around appointments because of how sensitive my teeth are but her kindness, patience and gentle approach have made such a huge difference. She always puts me at ease, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about making the experience as comfortable as possible. Thanks to her, I no longer dread having my teeth cleaned and my anxiety around dental treatment has reduced massively. She's an absolute star and I feel very lucky to have her looking after my teeth. Thank you!

I’ve recently had a hygienist appointment here after joining the membership plan, and I’m really disappointed with the results as I still have visible stains on my teeth. My partner has now had two hygienist appointments and still has coffee staining, so the treatment simply isn’t effective. To be clear, this doesn’t feel like an issue with the hygienist themselves rather than a business decision. I was told the hygienist only works on Mondays and isn’t employed full time by the practice so appointments are booked for 30 minutes, but the actual cleaning lasts around 20 minutes. It’s obvious the practice is trying to squeeze in as many appointments as possible, and the quality suffers because of it. When you’re paying for professional cleaning (yes it’s free as part of the plan but I’m still paying for my membership), you expect a thorough service, not a rushed session that leaves stains behind. The whole setup feels geared towards maximising bookings rather than delivering proper results for patients. I will have to agree with a previous review that the practice is focusing more on maximising profit rather than offering a quality service. Based on this experience, I’ll be looking into joining another dental practice once my plan expires.

Hygienist was great, very thorough, explained what was needed before treatment and once finished went through condition of my teeth/gums and suggested treatment for the future. Staff were friendly and made me feel relaxed, hygienist was very careful and gentle! Very reasonably priced compared to the company my own dentist uses. Thank you!

Overall, the service was very professional, and the environment was friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone considering dental treatment.

My first point of contact where reception the young lady was extremely helpful when it came to filling out the forms as my circumstances have recently changed, I had no idea what to do, she explained it very well & extremely helpful. Going into my dentist Olivia is very reassuring with a calm professional manner. Listened to my concerns, I left happy and thankful. I would recommend my dentist.
