Heswall Dental Practice

Highly recommend. I visited Kate after this practice was recommended to me as a nervous patient following some previous unpleasant experiences. I was welcomed and not at all rushed, made to feel at ease before my exam. I came back quickly for my treatment that went much better than my previous experience elsewhere. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Since been back with my 6 year old to have a tooth removed that was obviously an unpleasant experience for her but it couldn't have been handled better and she came away feeling very encouraged for her bravery. I'm so happy to have found Kate and this practice.

Always polite staff behind desk. Dentist i have seen are always lovely as they no how anxious an scared I am....u usually see Sophie but she is on maternity an she will speak throw every step of the way an patience to listen. But the dentist she was lovely today also

Not too long waiting for my checkup. Waiting room clean & pleasant, and reception staff too! Dentist gave me a painless inspection and sound advice on future work. Six month checkup arranged for November. I get a request to update/sign my forms a few days before the appointment. After completing every form, I am also sent another request a couple of days before the appointment with more form filling. Why can't this be done in one session?

Amazing treatment, my Mum has just finished her treatment plan with Sam who is so kind, gentle & caring. My mother who is 87 needs extra time to be explained to what will happen; Sam was just brilliant! 100% recommend. Reception staff super helpful too.

Dr Hannah is the most personable and approachable dentist I have ever had. She listens really well, is calm, confident and careful, explains things well and I couldn't wish for a better dentist in whom I have 100% confidence.
