I had such a great experience with my oral hygienist (Mr Nii Wilson ) he was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. Everything was explained clearly, and they took the time to give really helpful advice on maintaining healthy teeth and gums. My teeth felt amazingly clean afterwards, and the whole experience was far better than I expected. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and thorough dental hygienist.

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction regarding the experience I had with your clinic. I am seeking urgent dental care for my 2-year-old daughter. Prior to contacting you, I verified on both the official NHS website and your own practice website that you are currently accepting NHS patients, including children. Furthermore, I contacted your clinic via your online chat feature, where it was explicitly confirmed that you do accept children under the NHS. However, when I called to schedule the appointment, I was told that there are no NHS vacancies available and that I would be required to pay for private treatment. This discrepancy is unacceptable. Providing false information regarding NHS availability is misleading and causes significant distress to parents who are trying to secure urgent care for their children. It is highly unprofessional to advertise services that you have no intention of providing. Why your online platforms are providing contradictory information to your phone staff. I hope you take immediate action to update your information to avoid misleading other families in the future.

Nii is absolutely brilliant. He is both thorough and gentle, does a brilliant clean, and he is the best hygienist I've come across. I would highly recommend him.
