Uxbridge Community Dental Clinic

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Poor service do not no how to treat children, totally scared my son to the point he started crying and he is still in in a shock Whispering to eachother infront of patients very unprofessional Unfortunately service has gone down, only give feed back form to people they think will give a good review. I will be putting down names on my next review as did not note them down Was not a very child friendly dentist, needs serious training

I must admit I felt extremely anxious when I arrived. But there wasn't any need to worry. The reception staff were most obliging and polite. The dental team were excellent and I didn't feel a thing. They talked me through some of the procedure ( I went for a tooth extraction) I felt comfortable and reassured and relaxed. A great team all round and a rather unexpected pleasant experience. I honestly could not praise them high enough.

We waited about 4 months to remove a milk tooth and our dentist sent us to a special clinic (where youngsters are scared to get their teeth removed) because the child is eight years old and he was scared to get his tooth removed. When we got to our appointment, the dentist said he wouldn't remove the tooth because the child didn't look scared, after I spent hours reassuring him before the appointment and he was still scared, he was very judgemental on the look of the child. Plus they said they didn't have scans of the tooth when we 100% had a scan, I don't understand why he didn't request for our scans from our dentist, assuming they should be well organised and prepared. So it was an absolute waste of time as many people are on the waiting list and by the sounds of it they don't come prepared for your appointment, they should find better dentists or reorganize the clinic. Very unprofessional.

Great receptionist and nice clean covid.safe Center. My dentist Sharon has been amazing, super good listener, very calm and takes a lot of attention and try’s to be very gentle and has given me the best room and set up for my comfort being over weight. She and her assistants have given me support and care even when getting awful injections to numb me up for dental removal of multiple broken and root teeth extractions. I have ended up now am waiting for Referal to oral surgeon dentist in Hillingdon hospital to help with so,e baby teeth and waiting for my final mew dentures which Sharon has taken several moulds to get them just right. She is the best dentist I’ve ever had and the nicest receptionist giving me all the information i need and helping through a long process of multiple appointments, I would recommend this dental practice if your local to Uxbridge and have a need for extra support.

My son has learning difficulties & he had to wait almost 1 year for urgent appointment to have his teeth checked by Uxbridge Community Dentist Now he has not ate proper food meals for over 1 year been living on ESURE shakes & mashed up food all because they wouldn't treat my son he is under weight & very weak . We are taking legal actioni against Uxbridge community dental! DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE. My boy is now suffering his health is getting worse due to not eating !He could end up. in hospital!

Is the worst clinical dental ever! If you need to go on that clinic, I advice you, do not go! I had an appointment with my son at this clinic, and they cancel my children appointment for no reason! I am trying to speak with someone, but unfortunately I couldn't, because they were closed! And I really need that appointment, because my son has some losing gums and, They are the worst!

The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The dentists are very experienced and excellent with children. Very good service and i have to say Natalie is one of the best childrens dentist around
