Bupa Dental Care Tunbridge Wells

First time at Bupa today & all the staff were extremely friendly. A lovely receptionist kindly walked me upstairs to the waiting room which I really appreciated. The dentist was really nice, spoke to me in a way I would understand everything. Made sure I was comfortable, just a really good experience to be honest. And I’d defo return! Thank you 🙂

Been using these guys for the last 10 years and have nothing but good things to say about them. All of their staff old and new, clinical and admin are lovely. Booking appointments a breeze - I do it as I leave and today booked 3 visits all without a problem. Emails with add to calendar links and follow up text reminders mean they're in my diary correctly and I can't forget. I've never been bumped or even delayed for any length of time and I've never not seen the dentist of my choice.

jay was very friendly and was very easy to talk to and his dental nurse Ella was very nice and smily and had great teamwork with Jay as well

Extraordinarily good service last week - the reception desk unpicked the complex web of dental insurance policies and even called the insurer to confirm their interpretation was correct. Above and beyond. Thank you.

I had a crown refitted last week and sadly I gave a good review. What I didn't know is that the crown would last only 4 days! It fell off again last night and I tried to book another emergency appointment today. However, they only said private appointments, not availability for NHS patients, even if you are pregnant and the risk of infection is high!
