Ocean Orthodontic Clinic

I had my braces treatment at this clinic and the staff were all lovely. The cleanliness of the clinic was great and they did a great job. I cannot complain about the treatment itself, however the process took a lot longer than expected. I was told that I would have braces for 2.5years maximum and i ended up having them on for 4years, after sending several emails to have closer appointment slots. The appointments I had were every 12weeks which is quite a long period, especially since most clinics book appointments for every 4-8weeks. This was the only concern I had regarding my experience with ocean orthodontic clinic.

We had an excellent experience with Orthodontic Clinic Ocean. The whole team were welcoming, professional, and very caring from the moment we arrived. The clinic is clean, modern, and organised, which immediately makes you feel comfortable. The orthodontist explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all questions without making us feel rushed. The staff were kind, patient, and especially great with children, making the whole experience much less stressful. Appointments were always well managed and communication was excellent throughout the treatment. I would highly recommend Orthodontic Clinic Ocean to anyone looking for professional and friendly orthodontic care.

I had my braces fitted and maintained by Lorraine for 2 years and was left extremely satisfied. My daughter started her journey with Ocean and Loraine Burton 4 years ago. At that time she always covered her smile and rarely showed it in photos. Lorraine explained the treatment to her, making sure she understood that it was in her control and not delivering it over her to me as the parent. That was such a key moment for my daughter, to feel heard and respected and her wishes followed. Throughout her treatment, she was always met with empathy and support as well as clear understanding of what she may expect and feel. The minute you walk through the door you are met with a beautiful space that is clearly looked after. The receptionist Sian greets you with a smile and is a great source of information, there was never an email that went unanswered with such professionalism and grace. The nurses provided a safe and welcoming environment with no challenge unmet....especially when choosing the right colour bands 😃 This is an amazing practice, full to the brim with friendly and helpful colleagues ready to go above and beyond for their patients. I can now look forward to getting smiley pictures for my daughters prom!! Thank you all so much.

Every member of staff here i have met is so lovely. Appointments are efficient, helpful, and they really care about your experience and comfort. Just had my braces off and my teeth look great!

From start to finish, Ocean Orthodontics looked after my daughter with great care and professionalism. On occasion she was nervous but Lorraine and her team always put her at ease and were patient and understanding. My daughter had her braces on for 18 months and now has a beautiful smile and perfect teeth!

My daughter has had an amazing experience here over the last 2 years, excellent staff, everyone is really friendly, lovely clean environment and excellent results from her braces 😀
