Had my regular recent hygienist appointment at Lifesmiles Thatcham. The practice is a very welcoming and clean environment and you are put at ease by the friendly and helpful reception team. The dental practitioners, dental surgeons and hygienists, are professional and experts in their fields. They proactively keep abreast of all the latest developments in dental care and have all the latest equipment and technology to give patients the best possible treatments.

I had a truly wonderful experience as a first-time patient at Lifesmiles. As someone who usually feels anxious about visiting the dentist, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable I felt from the moment the receptionist greeted me. Tim was the best dentist I have ever had, calm, reassuring, and very professional. He explained every step of the process, which made me feel completely at ease and confident that I was in safe hands. I cannot recommend Tim and the team at Lifesmiles highly enough.

A pleasant dental practice with very friendly staff. This practice has upto date equipment and I was shown pictures of exactly what needed doing. Everything was carefully explained to me, I am glad that I chose this practice to be my regular dentist.

Personal service is the key to why I rate Broadway Lifesmiles so highly. You walk through the door and there is no need to say your name and appointment with x at y- straight away you are welcomed by name with a genuine smile and I then had Dr Robert come out and welcome me and was genuinely interested in me even though I wasn’t there to see him he still took the time. I was there to see Cathy the hygienist- proceeded up the stairs and again was welcomed and told that she would be with me shortly (even though I wasn’t early)- Cathy made me feel fully at ease and made sure I was comfortable- she has a caring and genuine demeanour both in her cleaning task and in her advise given. Often this can come across as condescending but she hits just the right mark of the advice being in your best interest. The descale procedure is all done with some sort of mini jet wash (what it felt like) so is not painful at all. They always use the latest technology in the practice that minimises discomfort and has turned someone who feared the dentist into a complete convert. Recommend to everyone.

Started going to Lifesmiles after I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had a lump come up in my mouth just after I had finished all my cancer treatment. Robert was brilliant and saw me straight away as he knew I was very worried. It was actually a tooth infection and he filled it in a temporary dressing and gave me antibiotics said I would need a root canal filling. Just the thought of this made me very nervous. Well Robert was just amazing, explaining everything he was doing. I have never been to a dentist that has done this before. Just the best treatment ever. I would definitely recommend Lifesmiles to anyone who needs dental treatment. Also I have been having regular appointments with Kathy the dental hygienist so kind and caring.

I went back to Lifesmiles after 20 years at another practice.I was anxious.As soon as I walked back in and checked in at reception I felt at ease.Robert was vey kind and explaned everything ,took very detailed scans and x rays.I know now that my anxiety about going to the dentist is going to be a thing of the past.I highly recommend Lifesmiles for anxious patients

I’d had a big gap in my teeth for years, and it was something I worried about a lot. I honestly thought fixing it would be a huge challenge and cost a fortune. Before I went to LifeSmiles Thatcham, I didn’t have much hope. When I arrived, I met Dr Tim Stokes and the team, who were instantly welcoming. They did some quick scans and explained how my teeth could be fixed with a very simple procedure. I was back the very next day and, for a fraction of what I thought I’d have to pay, just 40 minutes later my teeth were completely fixed. The whole experience was so easy and comfortable, and I can’t recommend LifeSmiles and Dr Stokes enough. Thank you!
