EasySmile Dental Practice

The practice was recommended by my partner as my former practice in London was not easily accessed due to the pandemic. Having just had my second appointment I have been really impressed with the overall level of service and patient care. Ben is extremely professional, understanding and considerate and explains the treatment plans clearly. The quality of his work is exceptional. Jodie (the hygienist) is also very professional, engaging, really friendly and very thorough. This is a great practice with lovely staff and a real customer centric focus. Would not hesitate to recommend - my partner (who is an extremely nervous patient) rates the service she has had highly!

My 6 year old daughter is a very anxious child and generally terrified of healthcare professionals. We had a few visits to various dental clinics, including a paediatric one, but she was too afraid and did not allow her teeth to be cleaned. Yesterday we saw Jodie, the hygienist and not only she managed to clean my daughter’s teeth, but my daughter then asked "when are we coming back to the hygienist ? I like my teeth being cleaned." I’m incredibly grateful to Jodie and her assistant for being so amazing, so patient and so skilful with my daughter. (I’m Jodie’s patient too, and a very happy one).

Jodie and Jo came into our small SEN school to talk to our children about dental hygiene. The ladies were lovely with the children and the children loved the experience, the ladies did their best to engage the children and cater to all their needs. It is so important to have professionals come into our schools to educate our young people and the staff at Easy Smile were more than happy to help! Thank you so much to the two Jo’s you were brilliant!

I saw Jodie the hygienist for a well overdue scale and polish and she was amazingly professional and informative! Very thorough but it was completely pain free and I am really happy with the results! Her nurse was also very professional and had a lovely caring nature. Fantastic all round and would highly recommend. Thanks ladies

My Hygienist at Easy Smile is always helpful and greets me with positivity and a smile. She is excellent at her job and looks after my teeth by keeping them in pristine clean condition. Excellent first visit to the Hygienist Jodie and her assistant Katie. Painless and very thorough clean, scale and polish. Every care taken to ensure patient comfort. Also fully informed about exactly what was being done. Very happy with the experience.
