Park Road Dental Centre

This was my first visit to Park Road Dental. Everyone was friendly and helped to make my visit easier. Jessica listened to me and explained everything well. Stacey did a great job of cleaning my teeth and making sure it was comfortable.

Great experience. Everyone lovely, dentist, receptionists, hygienist. Hadn't been to the dentist for far too long but the dentist was kind, thorough and professional, explained everything and identified what needed to be done - but was clear that as a first appointment, things could wait to see how they developed before acting, so we could do a review at next appointment. For a nervous patient, extremely calming. Also, I hadn't booked a hygienist appointment, which I needed, and they managed to squeeze me in. And the hygienist was great - kind, gentle and thorough. All told it was one of the best dental experiences I've had.

The Park Road Dental Centre is an exemplary dental practice. From my first phone call to the comprehensive examination, every interaction was professional, courteous and reassuring. I attended with a serious and complex dental condition and was understandably anxious about treatment. Dr Daphne examined my teeth thoroughly, explained the issues with clarity and patience, and proposed a thoughtful, practical treatment plan focused on achieving the best possible restoration. The staff were polite and helpful, the centre was spotless, and the equipment appeared modern. I highly recommend this practice for detailed consultations and dental treatment.

After a lifetime of corner cutting, Park Road took me on and have sorted out my teeth for me with a thorough and utterly professional approach. It has proved to be a great improvement and probably my best investment in the last decade.
