Dosthill Valley Dental Practice

I visited the practice for an emergency appointment on Saturday. The dentist- Mohamed was fantastic . I was in such pain and he was really reassuring and talked me through everything. I went back today for a check up and was given great care once again. The reception staff ( Julie) were also amazing. They sorted out an issue I had with my prescription really promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic. Called 111 as I have been left without a dentist following a traumatic time with a different dentist, they diverted me to Dosthill Valley. The receptionist booked me in the same day, within two hours of the call as a new patient. The dentist was calming, thorough, explained everything and displayed absolutely excellent patient centred care. I am delighted that I have finally found a dentist that I do not have to fear. Amazing service, amazing staff. Thank you!

I had the best dental experience I’ve ever had today with dr Shilpy danutuluri. She was kind, efficient and thorough. I felt listened to and came away feeling relaxed instead of very anxious as I have done with other dentists. Thank you - you made such a difference to my day!

I had gum pain for a couple of days. I decided to call into the practice on Saturday morning just after opening as I have had a bad experience using the new call centre for making appointments. I was hoping for an appointment sometime during the next week, I was given an appointment and seen within 30 mins. X-rays completed and a treatment plan put in place. Excellent service. The only negative is the new call centre.

I wrote a review 9 months ago and my opinion of this dentist practice has not changed on my visit today. It is a really lovely dentist practice. The Reception team are friendly and always helpful.Gina the Receptionist who has been there a very long time is s credit to the practice. The dental nurses are welcoming and efficient. My dentist Jugraj is very friendly, professional, efficient and makes you feel at ease. He always gives helpful and trustworthy advice and he explains the pros and cons of any treatment you may need and also he explains the procedure thoroughly. They all make you feel like a valued patient and there is no need to be scared of going to the dentist.

I highly recommend Mohamed, based at Dosthill Valley. He has been very understanding and supportive around my anxiety with dental procedures and given considerate care in the examinations and procedures. The dental nurses Chloe and Rosie also merit a mention as contributing to my positive experiences over several recent visits. The surgery itself is efficient in the reception area and my waiting times have been minimal.

From the moment you walk in, to leaving, everyone makes you feel welcome and at ease. The front line reception team are knowledgeable about your treatment, always have a smile and go above and beyond to help. My Dentist (Jugraj) is brilliant, his priority is the patients well being. Everything is explained and a plan is always presented to resolve any issues. I can't praise all the Team highly enough for their professional approach to making the visit (date I say?) a pleasant experience.
