I had an urgent dental need and arrived at the clinic first thing in the morning without an appointment. The receptionist Tracey was incredibly kind, and the dentist and nurse saw me right away. Everyone was so welcoming and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone—such a fantastic team!

I had treatment with K. TODOROV today. He is very professional and nice. You can "feel" many years of experience in his hands. I will definitely ask for him on the next visit at My Dentist. And of course..Ladies at the front desk! So lovely and helpful!! Thank you all! 😊

My family and l have been with this practice for years. The Dentists and staff themselves are always kind and attentive-however it appears that once you are assigned your NHS dentist there are little/no options to see anyone else. So when your dentist cuts back hours or changes shift patterns it is becoming increasingly difficult to arrange family appointments- even if it is just for routine check ups. Our assigned dentist now seems booked well in advance and receptionists are stifled by strict adherence to clinic management diaries-even when attempting to book 5 months in advance.

The waiting time was the best part of a hour and when my wife inquired the receptionist was unwelcoming and extremely rude. She looked at her like she was scum and when I questioned her lack of professionalism she blamed it on not having her glasses on! Absolutely disrespectful and disgusting behavior! The frontline of any company should welcome you with a smile - especially in a dental clinic! As for the actual dentist.... he apologized for the wait and seemed professional- shame about the receptionist!!

Elia and her Nurse Kritina are amazing 🌟🌟 I am a very nervous patient, they both were very understanding to my needs, taking their time to help me stay calm during my treatment. Thank you both so much.

I did attend clinic for my check up and my daughter’s check up. Excellent dentist Ching Ma, very gentle and professional. Thanks to TCO Jana for answering all my questions, she was very friendly, polite and supportive. Highly recommend.
