I had a tooth extracted recently by Dr. Ruchi and the whole experience was excellent. Dr. Ruchi was very professional, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the procedure. Nurse Luzz was also fantastic, very caring and supportive throughout. Everything was explained clearly, and the extraction was much smoother and less stressful than I expected. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated the care and attention I received. Highly recommend gorse hill dental practice!🫶

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! My First time here, staff were so friendly and welcoming. The initial assessment and treatment were very well priced compared to a few other practices that I called. I needed some treatment, this was explained carefully and I was given a few options. My teeth aren’t in the best condition but there was no judgement just reassurance. I have already recommended this practice to my family and friends and booked into see the Hygienist, which is something I never thought I would do. Thank you ☺️

Absolutely first rate service at this practice ( and believe me have had many visits). The receptionist is always warm and welcoming and she goes above and beyond to fit in an appointment when I need. The dentist seems caring, gives clear explanation and I feel involved in my care. I’ve always been a nervous patient and grown to dislike going to the dentist but Ruchi is patient and puts me at ease which I think makes the procedures more bearable and less uncomfortable. The team at horse hill dental practice are incredible. From the reception staff, dental nurse, hygienist and Ruchi herself. They are supportive and kind for those who may be nervous and are always up front and honest with the best approach providing all the information you need. I visited this practice for a private emergency appointment and unfortunately had an experience very similar to another review here. The dentist looked at my teeth, said she would take an X ray, I was told the £65 fee included one X ray, but said "needed" more, bringing the total to around £200. When I declined, she looked disappointed and said she would "do whatever I wanted." I wasn’t shown the X ray, only told I needed either a root canal or an extraction. When the appointment was basically wrapped up, I asked if she could at least place a temporary filling for some relief. She said she would need to clean the tooth first but didn’t offer to do so. I left feeling like I had wasted my hard earned £65 for five minutes of diagnostics and no actual treatment. No one was rude, but the whole experience felt focused on upselling rather than care. I have since visited a different dentist who gave the same diagnosis — but they actually cleaned all my teeth as part of the appointment. Very disappointed. I will not return or recommend this practice.

Dr Ruchi and the team are friendly and welcoming. Dr Ruchi always explains what treatment is need and clearly explains why. The treatment is delivered with care and thankfully painlessly on the whole. I would recommend this practice.

I’m a very nervous patient and struggled with dentists in the past, I needed an extraction and I can’t believe how at ease everybody made me feel, receptionist , nurses and dentist can’t fault them. Would highly recommend these wonderful people !!
