I have been a member of this practice for many years and always find the staff highly professional and friendly. I had treatment today and the dentist and technician were first class in their work and appeasing my fears and anxiety. They also moved my appointment forward by 24 hours knowing I was in pain. Thanks again.

This dentist is amazing. After been to another dentist in sunderland who just gave antibiotics and a price list to remove teeth. Then ended up at durham hospital dental department who could not fix teeth and the chair didn't work or the suction machine. (This department is in the plaster clinic) small room. After a call back to nhs 111 sent here. Been today sorted teeth drillied and filled and referred to hospital sunderland hospital to have them removed. The pain has gone which was there for months. This place is amazing. Thanks to all of you. But big shout out to Sheetul Bhagwan amazing dentist wish all was like you.

Had an emergency appointment today and had to travel through to their practice as I was in agony. I can't thank you enough for today, you removed my tooth and I never felt a thing. Very professional made me feel comfortable and welcome thankyou so much I hope you all have a lovely Christmas. I know I will now I'm pain free, thanks again.

I was sent here as a 111 patient after a terrible experience at a different dental practice when they tried and failed to remove my tooth and left me in lots of pain with a snapped tooth. The reception staff were lovely and so was the dentist and the dental nurse I seen here. I have left having my tooth removed and toothache gone. I was very anxious due to my previous experience a week prior at the other surgery and I explained that to the dentist I seen at Silver & Charlton the dentist and dental nurse were amazing throughout my whole treatment, kept me calm, gave me lots of reassurance and talked me through the whole process. Genuinely couldn’t recommend enough.

Had an emergency appt today and can say the 2 ladies both Sarah's were amazing, super friendly got my tooth out without fuss. I have had extractions before and they were the best by far. Thanks!

The practice it's self is great but this new payment plan is shocking. I've signed up to the payment plan as a private patient and have been told I need to wait 5 months to get an appointment because I need to pay so much before I am seen. So I would recommend those needing appointment go elsewhere as this was not stated on the website or booklet.
